چکیده
این مقاله در پی آن است تا بر مبنای روش نظریه داده بنیاد در مطالعات سازمان و مدیریت و از خلال بیانات رهبر معظم جمهوری اسلامی ایران، الگوی شایستگی مدیران نظام را متناسب با انتظارات معظم له ارائه کند. در این تحقیق متن بیانات، نامهها، احکام و فرمانها و مصاحبههای امام خامنهای (مدظله العالی) طی سالهای 1368تا 1390 مورد مطالعه قرار گرفت و از طریق سه نوع کدگذاری باز، محوری و انتخابی مرسوم در روش نظریه داده بنیاد، 988 کد، 115 مفهوم و 21 مقوله به دست آمد. در بخش نتایج تحقیق به سؤال اصلی و سؤالات فرعی پاسخ داده شد و الگوی به دست آمده با الگوی مفهومی مشترک ادبیات تحقیق مورد مقایسه قرار گرفت. نتیجه این تحقیق نشان داد که شایستگی مدیران جمهوری اسلامی ایران، ضمن وجود اشتراکاتی با الگوهای موجود از اساس با الگوهای یاد شده تفاوت ماهوی دارد.Competency Model of Government's Managers in the Thinking of Leadership (Ayatollah Khamenei)
This article sets out to present the competency model of government's managers proportional to the expectancies of the Great Leader based on the data-based theory method in the studies of the organization and from within the statements of the great leadership of Islamic Republic of Iran. In this research, the text of statements, letters, ordinances, commands and interviews of Imam Khamenei from the year 1368 to 1390 has been studied and 988 codes, 115 concepts and 21 has been obtained through three types of coding of open, pivotal, and selective common in the method of data-based. In the result-of-study section main and peripheral questions have been answered and the obtained model has been compared to the common conceptual model of the literature of the research. The result of this study indicated that the competency of managers of Islamic Republic of Iran, in addition to the commonalities of the existing models, differs inherently from the mentioned models.
