چکیده
نظارت و بازرسی در سازمانها ابزاری است که مدیران و فرماندهان را قادر میسازد از طریق مراقبت از چگونگی پیشرفت عملیات و تغییر و اصلاح لازم در آن، مانع انحراف از تحقق هدفهای سازمان شوند؛ به عبارت دیگر صحت جهتگیری فعالیتها را برای رسیدن به اهداف از پیش تعیین شده تأیید میکند. این ترجمه ضمن تأکید بر ارزش عقل سلیم در فعالیتهای مدیریتی پلیس، که شامل تجربههای زندگی، قضاوت درست، احتیاط و توانایی تعقل و تصمیم گیری منطقی است با مدیریت فرد هوشمند در یافتن راه حلهای مؤثر برای مشکلاتی که در مدیریت کادر پلیس با آنها روبهروست به وی یاری میرساند. به هر حال وظایف مدیر در مقام ارزیاب، مسلماً وظیفهای چند جانبه است؛ زیرا باید شاهدی تیزبین، گزارشگری منصف و دقیق و فرماندهی صبور و زیرک باشد و ضمن ارائه گزارشهای مؤثر در تحلیلهای نهایی خود، مدارک و مثالهایی محکم فراهم کند؛ لذا باید همواره به موضوع مطرح شده بپردازد و از آن منحرف نشود.Police manager and leader in the role of supervision and evaluation
Supervision and inspection in the organizations are the tools enabling managers and leaders to avoid perverting from the organization aims’ accomplishments by checking the process of act’s development and trying to modify it; in other words, they confirm the acts’ orientation to reach the predetermined goals. This paper focuses on the intelligence in the managerial acts of police including life experiments, proper judgment, caution and logical thinking and decision as well as smart personal management in finding the efficient ways to solve the problems facing the police management. By the way, the manager’s responsibility as a supervisor is a multi-dimensional duty; hence, he should be a smart witness, just and precise reporter and patient leader to gain firm documents as well as preparing effective reports in the final analysis; thus he should always pay attention to considered issues to avoid perversion.
