چکیده
هدف پژوهش: مدیریت اسلامی بر مبنای ارزش های الهی اسلام، زمینه های نگاه ارزش بنیان براساس آموزه های اسلامی و در نهایت انقلابی را فراهم خواهد آورد. رهبری دینی توانست با ارائه گفتمان جدید اسلامی و با ارائه راهکارها، نظام سلطه جهانی را دچار چالش اساسی کند. در عصر حاضر، امام خامنه ای به عنوان ولی امر مسلمین در راس حکومت اسلامی قرار دارد و در واقع تبیین کننده فلسفه اسلامی هستند و به خوبی نیازهای زمان را می شناسند؛ بنابراین بهترین راهنما در مباحث کلی نظام و در بخش های مختلف، رهنمودهای ایشان است که موجب ترسیم آینده مطلوب در بین مدیران در سازمان شود. روش پژوهش: این پژوهش از نظر راهبرد کیفی و با توجه به این که هدف پژوهش شناسایی و کشف مولفه ها و مضامین مدیریت تراز انقلاب و مدیران انقلابی در سازمان از دیدگاه مقام معظم رهبری است، هدف این پژوهش اکتشافی و از روش تحلیل مضمون استفاده شده است. یافته ها: در ابتدا شناسه های مدنظر از بیانات و سخنرانی های معظم له استخراج و در نهایت با مطالعه عمیق نظری و مصاحبه با خبرگان، مفهوم مدیران انقلابی به عنوان مضمون فراگیر و شش مضمون سازمان دهنده با عناوین امید، اخلاق خدا محورانه، جدیت و قاطعیت، بصیرت و آگاهی، پاسخگویی و نشاط و روحیه بخشی و در مجموع بیست و سه مضمون پایه احصا شده است. نتیجه گیری: توجه دادن به آرمان ها می تواند به آفرینش افق های روشن بیانجامد؛ به همین سبب هنر خلق اندیشه و عمل انقلابی در مدیران را می توان مهم ترین ویژگی دانست. مدیریت انقلابی الگویی است که قابلیت های لازم برای تحقق اهداف و آرمان های انقلاب اسلامی را دارا بوده و واجد توانایی، ارزش ها و ویژگی هایی برای مدیران است که از یک نظام مدیریت کارآمد اسلامی انتظار داریم.Identifying the Components of revolutionary managers in the organization, from the viewpoint of Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution
Purpose: Islamic management based on the divine values of Islam, will provide the fields of vision based on the Islamic teaching and ultimately revolutionary teaching. The religious leadership was able to challenge the world domination system by providing new Islamic discourse and offering solutions. In the present era Ayatollah Khamenei as the Muslims leader is headed to the top of the Islamic state, and in fact he is the exterminator of Islamic philosophy and is well known for the needs of time, therefore the best guide in general principles of the system is his directives.in terms of strategy, Methods: This study is qualitative and on the one hand is fundamental orientation. Considering that we seek to discover the strategic priorities of revolutionary management from the viewpoint of the supreme leader, the aim of this study is explanatory and is used from content analysis strategy. Results: First, revolutionary management identifiers were extracted from his comments and speeches by theoretical sampling method and finally, according to deep theoretical study and interviews with experts, six identifiers theme, with the titles of hope, god-centered morality, determination and assertiveness, insight and knowledge, responsiveness and vivacity and spirit were extracted. Conclusion: Paying attention to aspiration lead to bright horizons creation, therefore the art of thought creation and revolutionary action can be considered the most important attribute.
