چکیده
مقدمه وهدف پژوهش: هدف پژوهش حاضر، شناسایی مشکلات و معضلات موجود در مدارس چند فرهنگی شهرستان شهریار از دیدگاه معلمان شاغل در این مدارس است. لذا با بررسی نظرات معلمان به آسیب شناسی و مشکلات آموزشی و تربیتی مدارس چند فرهنگی پرداخته است. روش پژوهش: روش انجام تحقیق، توصیفی از نوع پیمایشی است که به صورت کیفی مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. جامعه هدف، معلمان مدارس مقطع ابتدایی است که به صورت تصادفی از میان تمامی معلمان انتخاب گردیده اند. به منظور تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها، که از طریق مصاحبه گردآوری شده است از آمار توصیفی استفاده گردیده است. یافته های پژوهش: یافته های این پژوهش حاکی از ارائه راه حل هایی برای مشکلات آموزشی مانند: ارائه خدمات مشاوره ای به دانش آموزان جندفرهنگی برای مقابله با احساس خجالت و کمرویی، اهمیت دادن به فرهنگ های مختلف در متون کتاب های درسی، مشارکت دانش آموزان درفعالیت های گروهی، پایین آوردن جمعیت کلاس ها دراین مناطق، تعامل بیشتر با خانواده ها به منظور شناخت بیشتر وارائه مشاوره به آنها وهمچنین ارائه راه حل هایی برای مشکلات تربیتی مانند: عدم تبعیض وتوجه خاص به فرهنگ ها، تاکید بیشتر برنقاط مشترک فرهنگ ها وتشکیل گروه های آموزشی با دانش آموزان فرهنگ های مختلف توسط معلمان می باشد. نتیجه گیری: نتایج حاصل از تحقیق حاکی از شناسایی مجموعه ای از آسیب های آموزشی مانند: مشکلات یادگیری به دلیل دو زبانه بودن و لهجه دار بودن، عدم تناسب محتوای آموزشی با فرهنگ های موجود، عدم آشنایی معلمان با فرهنگهای مختلف، و آسیب های تربیتی مانند: انجام مراسم رسمی که بیشتر در راستای فرهنگ گروه اکثریت است، احساس خود کم بینی و اعتماد به نفس پایین در دانش آموزان دو زبانه است.Pathology of problems in multi-cultural schools
Research Objective: This study aimed identifies problems and issues in multicultural schools of Shahriar city views of teachers working in the schools. This study examined the views of different researchers to explain the components of multicultural education in the schools. Method:The conducted research, a descriptive survey that has been studied qualitatively. Target population, primary school teachers who were selected randomly from among all teachers. In order to analyze the data that has been collected through interviews of descriptive and inferential statistics were used. Findings: The findings suggest solutions to educational problems such as: providing consulting services to the students to cope with feelings of embarrassment and shyness, stress the importance of culture in literature textbooks, students' participation in group activities, low bringing class population in these areas, in order to identify more and more interaction with families to advise them and provide solutions to educational problems such as non-discrimination and attention to culture and to form joint cultural emphasis point Department teachers have with students of different cultures. Conclusion:The results suggest the identification of a set of training injuries such as learning problems due to being bilingual and being accented, the cultural inappropriateness of Education, teachers' lack of familiarity with different cultures, and educational harm such an official ceremony that is more in line with the culture of the majority group, their sense of inferiority and low self-esteem in students is bilingual.
