چکیده
هدف از این مقاله بررسی رابطه سبک رهبری و عملکرد سازمان فرهنگی و هنری شهرداری تهران در دوره مدیریت آقایان کرباسچی و قالیباف است. برای این منظور دیدگاه 45 نفر از کارشناسان و مدیران سازمان مزبور را که درهر دو دوره مدیریت، جزء مدیران و کارشناسان سازمان فرهنگی و هنری بودند از طریق پرسش نامه جمع مشخص گردید که: اولا سبک رهبری دو شهردار در امور T آوری شد و با استفاده ازنتایج آزمون های لون و آزمون فرهنگی و هنری از یکدیگر تفاوت معنی داری نداردو ثانیا از نظر کارشناسان و مدیران نیز، بین عملکرد سازمان فرهنگی و هنری در مدیریت دو شهردار تفاوت معنی داری وجود دارد. هم چنین آزمون همبستگی نشان داد که از نظر مدیران و کارشناسان بین سبک رهبری و عملکرد آن سازمان در زمان مدیریت هر دوشهردار رابطه مثبت و قویی وجود دارد.Studying the Relation between Leading Methods & Functions of Tehran's Cultural & Artistic Municipality Organization in Two Eras of Management
This research aims to study the relation between leading methods & functions of Tehran's Cultural & Artistic Municipality Organization in two eras of management; one, Mr. Karbaschy's era and the other, Mr. Ghalibaf's era of management. 45 experts and executives of Tehran's Cultural & Artistic Municipality Organization completed the questionnaire. Using the Lone Test & T-Test, the following results were found: firstly, the leading method of each mayor was not very different from each other; secondly, the experts and executives believed that there was a meaningful difference between the two mayor's deeds in Tehran's Cultural & Artistic Municipality Organization. Also, the correlation test has shown that the experts and executives thought that there is a firm positive relation between the two methods of leading and functions in Tehran's Cultural & Artistic Municipality Organization during the time of each mayor's management
