چکیده
این پژوهش سعی د ارد با استفاده از الگوهای رفتاری راست مغزی و چپ مغزی، به بررسی هندسه ی مدیریتی جوامع شیعه و شناخت مؤلفه ها و نحوه ارتباط و تعامل میان عناصر مدیریتی موجود در فرهنگ و تمدن شیعه به عنوان یک سیستم بپردازد . پژوهشگر با استفاده از روش مدل سازی ریاضی به ارائه هند سه مدیریتی موجود در فرهنگ و تمدن شیعه و شناسایی روند همگرایی و نقطه تعادل اساسی سیستم پرداخته است . این پژوهش یک پژوهش بنیادی محسوب شده و به روش موردی - زمینه ای انجام گرفته است . پژوهش حاضر با استفاده از یک پرسشنامه ی باز و یک پرسشنام ه ی بسته، نظرات 15 نفر از اساتید و خبرگان رشته های مختلف حوزه و دانشگاه مختلف را جمع آوری نموده و پس از تجزیه و تحلیل، فرضیه ها را اثبات و به ارائه یک الگوی مدیریتی پرداخته است .Management Geometry in Culture & the Shiite Civilization (Using the Right & Left Brain Hemisphere)
This research studies the management geometry of Shiite societies and recognizes the elements and relation & interaction process among management elements existing in the Shiite culture and civilization as a system by using the behavioral models of the Right & Left Brain hemisphere. The researcher uses the mathematical model making method to present the management geometry existing in the Shiite culture and civilization and to recognize the base convergence process and moderation point of the system. This research is a basic research and has been done through the case-field method. An open-ended questionnaire and a closed questionnaire were used to collect the opinions of 15 professors and prodigies teaching different fields in various universities. Finally, after analyzing the information given, hypotheses were proved and a management model was presented.
