چکیده
در این مقاله به بررسی وضعیت نشر حرفه ای کتاب در ایران و تاثیر سیاستهای دولت در این حوزه پرداخته شده است. در ادامه ضمن بررسی جایگاه ناشر ان خصوصی و دولتی و سهم هر کدام از آنها در نشر حرفه ای به بررسی شیوه های حمایت دولت از نشر کتاب پرداخته و پیرامون نکات مثبت و کاستیهای این شیوه ها به بحث می پردازد و با ارئه یک مدل پیشنهادی از نحوه حمایت دولت از صنعت نشر به این نتیجه می رسد که دولت باید در سیاستهای خود بازنگری کند و در این بازنگری اولاً با ترک رویکرد یک جانبه گرایی تمامی اجزاء و عوامل نشر را مد نظر این سیاست ها قرار دهد و ثانیاً با طراحی یک ساز و کار هماهنگ کننده همچون شورای ملی توسعه کتاب در کشور به اتخاذ سیاست های هماهنگ و یکپارچه در این حوزه بپردازدREVIEWING THE POSITION OF PROFESSIONAL PUBLICATION OF BOOKS AND GOVERNMENTAL POLICIES IN IRAN
In this article, the writer reviews the position of professional publication of books in Iran and the effect government’s policies in this field. Studying the state of governmental and private publishers and the role of each of them in professional publication, the writer reviews the methods of the government’s support of book publication, and discusses the positive points and the defaults of these methods, and presenting a proposal model of the government’s supporting method of the publication industry, the writer concludes that the government should revise its policies, and in this revision: 1) the government should quit being one-sided, and take all elements and factors of publication into consideration of these policies, and 2) planning a harmonizing structure such as The National Book Development Council in the country, it should exercise harmonious and cohesive policies in this field.
