چکیده
امروزه بدلیل تغییرات در اوضاع اجتماعی، اقتصادی و فرهنگی جامعه، شاهد تغییرات سریع کالبدی در برخی بافت های قدیمی شهرها هستیم. اغلب ساکنان قدیمی محلات بدلیل سکونت طولانی مدت در محله، نسبت به مکان، اشکال و فرم ها، دلبستگی بیشتری داشته و موافق تغییرات سریع کالبدی نیستند. به این دلیل، در فرایند تغییرات کالبدی، غفلت از دیدگاه و ذهنیت ساکنان قدیمی محلات، باعث کاهش سطح رضایتمندی و مخدوش شدن پیوند عاطفی این افراد و نهایتأ منجر به سست شدن روابط محله ای می-گردد. هدف این پژوهش توجه به ذهنیت ساکنان قدیمی و آگاهی یافتن از عوامل رضایتمندی در قبال شدت تغییرات کالبدی محله است. در این پژوهش با استفاده از روش تحقیق کیو و تحلیل آماری داده ها در نرم افزار 16SPSS، وجوه موثر بر رضایتمندی ساکنان قدیمی محله از شدت تغییرات کالبدی ناشی از ساخت و سازهای اخیر در محله مسکونی آنها، در شهرک آزادی اردبیل شناسایی و اولویت بندی شد و ذهنیت ساکنان خانه های ویلایی با قدمت بیش از 20 سال مورد کاوش و بررسی قرار گرفت. به عنوان نتیجه، دو ذهنیت غالب در بین ساکنان قدیمی شهرک آزادی اردبیل به دست آمد. ذهنیت گروه اول بیشتر متوجه عوامل فرهنگی مانند دید مزاحم، سر و صدای مزاحم، احساس ناامنی و سایر موارد مشابه در ساخت و سازهای اخیر بود و ذهنیت دوم بیانگر اولویت عوامل کالبدی اعم از سایه اندازی، اشکال بیرونی حجم و نماسازی، عرض معابر، دسترسی های ابنیه و غیره در ذهن ساکنان بود. آگاهی و توجه طراح نسبت به ذهنیت غالب ساکنان محله منجر به ارتقای سطح رضایتمندی و تحکیم روابط محله ای می شود.Identification and Prioritization of Effective Factors on Satisfaction of Old Residents from the Physical Changes Intensity (Case study: Azadi Town, Ardabil)
Nowadays, due to changes in social, economic and cultural conditions of society, can be seen rapid physical changes in some of the old areas of cities. Most of the old residents of neighborhoods have more attachment to the place because of long-time residence in there and they are more attached to the place, so neglect of their viewpoints, causes to decrease the level of satisfaction and diminishes the residents’ emotional bond with the place and ultimately leads to weaken the neighborhood relations. The purpose of this research is to pay attention to the mentality of old residents and getting to know about the factors of satisfaction from physical changes intensity. In this research, by using Q methodolog, the effective factors on satisfaction of old residents from physical changes intensity were identified and prioritized in Azadi town of Ardabil. Therefore, the mentality of more than 20-year homes’ residents has been explored about the amount of satisfaction from the physical changes caused by the recent construction in their residential neighborhood. As a result, two dominant mentalities was found among the old residents. The first group's mentality reflects the priority of cultural factors such as disturbing view, disturbing noise, feeling insecure, and other similarities in recent construction and the second mentality expresses the priority of physical factors, such as shadow, the exterior shapes and facades, building access and etc were in residents’ mind. The designer's awareness and attention toward the mentality of the residents of district will lead to consolidation of neighborhood relations.
