تحلیلی بر الگوی تحولات کالبدی - فضایی شهر الوند با استفاده از مدل های آنتروپی شانون و هلدرن و ارائه الگوی توسعه مطلوب شهر در آینده

چکیده
در دهه های اخیر روند توسعه شهرنشینی، با وقوع انقلاب صنعتی افزایش یافته و موجب تقدم شهرنشینی بر شهرسازی شده است. این امر رشد شهری را با مشکلات عدیده ای روبرو می سازد. در کشور ایران نیز رشد صنعت به همراه سایر عوامل دیگر موجب جذب جمعیت به مراکز شهری و به خصوص شهرهای بزرگ شده و رشد ناموزون شهر را به وجود آورده است. شهر الوند نیز در طی 4 دهه، مستثنی از این حادثه عظیم شهرنشینی نبوده است. این تحقیق به صورت تحلیلی - تطبیقی با بهره گیری از مدل های آنتروپی شانون و هلدرن به تجزیه و تحلیل چگونگی توسعه فیزیکی شهر با هدف ساماندهی الگوی فیزیکی توسعه شهر الوند می پردازد. بررس ها حکایت از این دارد که تا سال 1361 به علت عدم وجود شهرداری و ارگان های مدیریت شهری، شهر به صورت خودرو و فشرده رشد کرده، از سال 62 تا 1375 علی رغم تأثیر شهرداری، شهر دوباره به صورت فشرده توسعه یافته است؛ اما از این سال به بعد رشد شهر نسبت به دهه های قبل کاهش یافته، ولی شاهد اسپرال (گستردش و بی قواره)شهر می باشیم، به طوری که میزان آن براساس این مدل ها 43 درصد می باشد. براساس نتایج حاصل از یافته های تحقیق، باتوجه به گسترش شکاف عمیق بین ارزش آنتروپی ناشی از رشد افقی و اسپرال شهری، طی دهه های مختلف که خود متأثر از رشد قطاعی شهر می باشد، الگوی توسعه تمرکز درون بافتی با استفاده از افزایش تراکم ساختمانی و الگوی گسترش قطاعی- ناپیوسته، با توجه به نزدیکی نصرت آباد (منطقه13) به الوند، به عنوان الگوی توسعه آتی شهر پیشنهاد شده است. برای تحقق این امر مهم، لازم است شهرسازی برشهرنشینی تقدم یابد.The Analysis of Alvand Town's spatial & physical development pattern using Antropi Shanon's & Heldern's models to depict its favorite development pattern of Alvand town in future
During recent decades, urban development process has increased because of the industrial revolution. This process has facilitated urban target immigration which considered to be in priority comparing with urban – infrastructure construction. Such imbalance situation has made some problem for urban development. The Industrial development and other factors have affected in urban & rural structure. These factors have attracted the population to urban Centers.
This circumstance can be seen in the metropolitan specifically. Alvand town enjoying such specifications during for last decades. This analysis using Shannon's & Heldren models to study the town's physical development targeting the improvement of physical pattern of Alvand town. The result indicate that Alvand town had developed unsystematically due to the lack of municipality and urban management entities up to 1361. This town has developed such way in spite of establishing municipality since 1362 to 1375. The speed of development has decreased comparing to previous decades since 1375. This situation has made Alvand "town's appearance different & ugly. These models have indicated that the rate of spiral could be 43%. However, there is a huge difference between Antropi value made by horizontal development and urban spiral during last decades. so the results show that it would be possible to suggest "Nosrat Abad" (13 th Zone) as future development pattern of Alvand town. So urban construction would be in priority than urban – target immigration
