چکیده
کسب و کارهای گردشگری در مناطق روستایی، یکی ازراهبردهای مهم توسعه روستایی به شمار می رود. اقامتگاه های بوم گردی به عنوان یکی از مهمترین کسب و کارهای گردشگری روستایی، تاثیرات بالایی در توسعه روستاها دارد. تبیین تاثیرات اقامتگاه های بوم گردی بر توسعه روستایی، از مباحث چالشی بین پژوهشگران و مدیران محسوب می شود. روستاهای بخش موران در شهرستان گرمی استان اردبیل، از فضاهای مهم بوم گردی و گردشگری نوار مرزی استان به شمار می رود. هدف اصلی این پژوهش، تحلیل تاثیرات ایجاد اقامتگاه های بوم گردی بر ابعاد توسعه روستایی موران و شناسایی الگوهای فکری حاکم به منظور ارائه راهبردهای توسعه اقامتگاه های بوم گردی و سرانجام، ارائه الگوی بهینه توسعه اقامتگاه های بوم گردی بر مبنای توسعه پایدار روستایی است. برای این منظور، از طریق روش های میدانی و کتابخانه ای داده های لازم گردآوری شد. نمونه آماری در بخش تحلیل تاثیرات اقامتگاه ها، شامل 70 کارشناس شامل مدیران، پژوهشگران و صاحبان کسب و کار و در بخش ارائه راهبردها شامل ترکیبی از 70 کارشناس شامل مشارکت کنندگان روستایی و کارشناسان بیرون از روستا است که از طریق فرمول کوکران مشخص شدند. برای تحلیل تاثیرات اقامتگاه ها از آزمون های آماری و در بخش تدوین راهبردها از مدل meta-SWOT استفاده شده است. نتایج پژوهش حاکی از تاثیرات مثبت اقامتگاه های بوم گردی در توسعه روستایی است. در نهایت الگوی بهینه توسعه اقامتگاه های بوم گردی در بخش روستایی موران ارائه شد که از مهمترین مولفه های این الگو می توان مسیریابی بوم گردی، تشکیل خوشه های بوم گردی، تبادلات کسب و کارها، راهبرد اقیانوس آبی، تطبیق محصول- بازار، معماری مشارکتی و ترکیبی، پیوند با تسهیلگر، دستکاری در عوامل محرک و تغییر قواعد است.Explaining the optimal model of ecotourism resorts in the process of achieving rural sustainable development (Case study: Moran section of Garmi county of Ardabil province)
Tourism businesses in rural areas is one of the important principles and strategies of rural development. Ecotourism resorts, as one of the most important rural tourism businesses, have a high impact on rural development. Identifying and explaining the effects of ecotourism resorts on rural development is one of the challenging issues between researchers and managers. The villages of Moran district in Garmi city are among the important ecotourism and border tourism spaces of the province. The main purpose of this study is to analyze the effects of ecotourism resorts Moran rural development and identify the prevailing thought patterns in order to provide strategies for the development of ecotourism resorts and finally, provide an optimal model of ecotourism resorts based on sustainable rural development. the necessary data were collected through field and library methods. The statistical sample in the impact analysis section of the accommodation includes 70 experts including managers, researchers and business owners and in the strategy presentation section includes a combination of 70 experts including rural participants and experts outside the village, identified through the Cochran's formula. Statistical tests were used to analyze the effects of accommodation and meta-SWOT model was used in the formulation of strategies. The results shows suitable ecolodges impacts in rural development, optimal model in the rural development has presented. The most important components of this model are ecotourism routing, ecotourism clusters, business exchanges, blue ocean strategy, product-market adaptation, architecture. Participatory and hybrid is linking with the facilitator, manipulating the stimulus and changing the rules.
