چکیده
یکی از مهمترین موضوعاتی که در عصر جهانی شدن دارای اولویت است، نحوه تعامل منطقه ای کشورهای در سطح بین الملل محسوب می شود به طوری که در بسیاری از کشورهای جهان تلاش می نمایند تا از طریق ایجاد بسترهای مناسب همکاری با دیگر کشورها اقتصاد خود را رونق داده و به پایداری آن اقدام کنند. از این نظر در هزاره سوم نه تنها موضوع جهانی شدن اقتصاد در قالب یک شبکه جهانی از اهم مفاهیم محسوب می گردد بلکه از قبل آن تعاملات فی مابین و حتی تاثیرات متقابل فرهنگها نیز نمود بارزی از شاخصه های جهانی شدن است. استان آذربایجان غربی و استانهای واقع در شرق ترکیه که در همسایگی ایران قرار دارند با داشتن توانمندیهای بالای گردشگری، تاریخی، محیطی و... حائز بالاترین اهمیت بوده و با توجه به ویژگیهای تشابهات دینی، اجتماعی، فرهنگی، تاریخی و برخورداری از توانمندیهای اقتصادی می توانند در قالب تعامل فی مابین در اقتصاد پایدار منطقه نقش مهمی ایفا نمایند. در این مقاله، با روش توصیفی- تحلیلی و با استفاده از مدل های ترکیبی SWOT وAHP ، اهمیت و اولویت عوامل موثر در پهنه استان های آذربایجان غربی و استانهای شرق کشور ترکیه شناسایی و با بررسی روابط آنها عوامل رتبه بندی و در قالب مدلها ارائه شده است. براساس نتایج پژوهش، پهنه مربوطه دارای توانمندیهای بالقوه بوده اما ضعف تسهیلات، امکانات و خدمات و زیربنایی، باعث شده است که این منطقه در پویایی اقتصاد و توسعه منطقه ای نتوانند عملکرد چندان موفقی داشته باشند.Regional development feasibility: A case study of the border regions of Iran and Turkey
In the age of globalization, one of the most important priorities is the regional interaction of countries at the international level so that in many countries of the world they are trying to grow and sustain their economy by creating the right framework for cooperation with other countries. In this sense, not only the issue of globalization of the economy in the form of a global network of concepts is important in the third millennium, but the interactions between them, and even the interactions of cultures, are also prominent features of globalization. West Azerbaijan province of Iran and the provinces located in the eastern part of Turkey which are in the neighborhood of Iran, with the highest tourism, historical, environmental and given the characteristics of religious, social, cultural, historical, and economic similarities, can play an important role in the interplay between the region's sustainable economy. In this paper, using descriptive-analytical method and using SWOT and AHP models, the importance and priority of effective factors in the area of West Azerbaijan provinces and eastern provinces of Turkey are identified and by examining their relationships, ranking factors are presented in the form of models. According to the results of the study, the area has potentialities, but the weakness of facilities, possibilities and services and infrastructure has made it unable to perform well in regional economic and development dynamics.
