بررسی موانع مؤثر بر جذب و استفاده ی کاربران از خدمات کتابخانه های عمومی: مطالعه موردی شهر دزفول (مقاله پژوهشی دانشگاه آزاد)

چکیده
هدف : هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی موانع مؤثر بر جذب و استفاده ی کاربران از خدمات کتابخانه های عمومی شهردزفول است. روش پژوهش : پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نظر شیوه ی اجرا پیمایشی توصیفی است و با استفاده از پرسش نامه محقق ساخته انجام گرفته است. با توجه به تعداد کل اعضای این کتابخانه ها 382 نفر به صورت تصادفی انتخاب، و پرسشنامه ها توزیع شدند، پس از توزیع پرسشنامه ها 309 نفر به سئوالات پاسخ دادند. داده ها پس از جمع آوری با استفاده از نرم افزار آماری SPSSتجزیه وتحلیل شدند و از آمار توصیفی و جداول فراوانی و ضریب همبستگی اسپیرمن استفاده گردید. یافته ها: یافته های پژوهش حاضر نشان داد که به ترتیب اولویت، موانع شخصی در استفاده و جذب افراد تمایل به استفاده از اینترنت در رتبه اول، مشغله زیاد تحصیلی،کاری، شخصی در رتبه دوم و ترجیح دادن سرگرمی های دیگر در رتبه سومو موانع مؤثرکتابخانه ای، کمبود شرایط رفاهی مناسب در رتبه اول، کمی تبلیغات تلویزیونی در رتبه دوم، عدم تبلیغات محلی و منطقه ای مناسب درجایگاه سوم قرار دارند. نتیجه گیری: نتایج این پژوهش نشان داد که افزایش استفاده کاربران از خدمات اینترنتی و گوشی های همراه به عنوان اولین و مهمترین مانع جذب شخصی و کمبود شرایط رفاهی در کتابخانه های عمومی دزفول اولین مانع کتابخانه ای موثر در عدم جذب و استفاده از خدمات این کتابخانه هاست و همچنین نتایج نشان داد که افزایش میزان تحصیلات افراد سطح خواسته آنها را از شرایط فیزیکی کتابخانه ها و استفاده از خدمات کتابخانه ها بیشتر می کند و مردان نسبت به زنان موانع شخصی بیشتری در استفاده از خدمات کتابخانه های عمومی شهردزفول دارند.Investigating barriers affecting the attraction and use of Dezful Public Library Services
Objective : The aim of the present study is to investigate the barriers affecting users' use of the Dezful Library Services in 2019. M ethod: This study is an applied one by purpose and descriptive survey method which was conducted using a researcher-made questionnaire. Based on the Morgan table formula, given the total number of members of these libraries, 382 individuals were randomly selected. After distributing questionnaires 302 people answered the questions and delivered the questionnaires .The data were analyzed by SPSS software using descriptive statistics, frequency tables, and Spearman correlation coefficient. Results: The findings of the present study showed that priority, personal barriers to using and attracting people, the tendency to use the Internet in the first place, being busy considering education, work, personal in the second place, and preferring other hobbies in the third place. Effective barriers of library, respectively are lack of good welfare facilities in the first place, little local TV advertising in the second place, lack of proper local and regional advertisements in the third place. Conclusion: The results of this study showed that increasing users' use of Internet services and mobile phones as the first and most important barrier to personal attraction are considered; and lack of welfare conditions in Dezful public libraries is also the first effective barrier of not attracting and using the services of these libraries. Increasing the level of education of individuals increases their level of demand for the physical condition of libraries and the use of their services, and men have more personal barriers than women to using the services of public libraries in the city of Dezful.
