چکیده
باتوجه به اهمیت و موقعیت ایران در منطقه و نقشی کلیدی که مهاجرین افغانستانی در حفظ همبستگی و انسجام داخلی و تداوم امنیت ملی ایران ایفا می کنند، بررسی فرایند سازگاری میان فرهنگی این گروه درحفظ امنیت ملی ضروری به نظر می رسد. ازآنجاکه مهاجرین افغانستانی در ایران هریک نسبت به فرایند سازگاری میان فرهنگی ای که با آن بزرگ شده اند، درصدد حفظ امنیت ملی ایران هستند، لذا مقاله حاضر تلاش کرده است تا به شناخت فرایندی بپردازد که به واسطه آن مهاجرین افغانستانی برای"حفظ امنیت ملی ایران" تلاش کرده اند و با همراهی ایران، سبب شکل گیری یک امت واحده شده و فرایند صدور انقلاب را تسریع بخشیده اند. بنابراین، هدف از پژوهش حاضر، تدوین الگوی مضامین مرتبط با "فرایند سازگاری میان فرهنگی بر حفظ امنیت ملی" از دیدگاه مهاجرین افغانستانی در ایران (منطقه مورد بررسی: شهر اصفهان) است. رویکرد این پژوهش مبتنی بر روش شناسیِ کیفی و جمع آوری اطلاعات ازطریق مصاحبه عمیق نیمه ساخت یافته و تجزیه وتحلیل آنها براساس تحلیل مضمون، صورت گرفته است که با استفاده از نمونه گیری هدف مند و براساس ملاک های ورود و خروج در این پژوهش، 14 نفر از مهاجرین افغانستانی 58 تا 28 سال، تاحداشباع، انتخاب و در سال 1397 1396 مورد مصاحبه نیمه ساختار یافته قرار گرفته اند. از محتوای مصاحبه ها طی سه مرحله کدگذاری (مضامین پایه، مضامین سازمان دهنده و مضامین فراگیر)، شبکه مضامین، استخراج شده است که بیانگر فرایند سازگاری میان فرهنگی درقالب احساس ایرانی بودن، خوگیری فرهنگی، درونی شدن قواعد ایران، تقویت همسویی دینی، عُلقه های فرهنگی مشترک، مسیریابی هویتی و تأثیر آن بر نهادینه سازی عملکرد امنیتی برای ایران، تعادل طلبی و کیفی سازی امنیت است.A Thematic Analysis of the Intercultural Compatibility Process of the Afghan Immigrants on National Security Improvement Regarding the Establishment of United Ummah
Given the significance and high position of Iran in the region, and the key role that Afghan immigrants play in maintaining internal unity and consistency of national security, an assessment of the intercultural adaptation process in the process of national security seems necessary. Afghan immigrants in Iran try to preserve Iran's national security through the intercultural adaptation process that they have grown up with. This research is intended to identify the process through which Afghan immigrants preserve Iran's national security, and, together with Iran, have created a united Ummah, and have hastened the process of exporting the Islamic Revolution. So, this research is aimed at developing a model of the themes related to intercultural compatibility process of national security from the view of Afghan immigrants in Iran (case study: Isfahan). This study is conducted through qualitative method and its data collection is performed through in-depth semi-structured interviews. The data is analyzed by thematic analysis method. Employing purposeful sampling and relying on entry and exit criteria, the researchers selected 14 Afghan immigrants, 28 to 58 years old, and interviewed them in 2017-2018 by semi-structured interviews. The themes network was designed after three coding stages, basic themes, organizing themes and inclusive themes, of the content of the interviews. The results illustrated the process of intercultural adaptation in the homogeneity with Iranians, cultural adoption, internalizing the Iranian rules, enhancing religious adoption, developing shared cultural interests, identity development and its impact on the institutionalization of the security functions for Iran, seeking balance and quality for security.
