رف خوانی کتابخانه دانشکده مدیریت و اطلاع رسانی پزشکی اصفهان: مدیریت و پالایش اطلاعات کتاب ها و لوح های فشرده (مقاله پژوهشی دانشگاه آزاد)

چکیده
هدف: یکی از مصادیق کاربردی مدیریت اطلاعات، پالایش اطلاعات است که این امر در کتابخانه ها از طریق انجام فرایند رف خوانی صورت می گیرد و سبب ارتقای فرایندهای کتابخانه ای می شود. هدف از این مطالعه بررسی اشکالات پیش آمده در فرایندهای کتابخانه ایی و رفع آن از طریق انجام فرایند رف خوانی در کتابخانه دانشکده مدیریت بوده است. روش پژوهش: این مطالعه توصیفی با مرور اطلاعات کاربرگه ای کتاب ها و لوح های فشرده کتابخانه دانشکده مدیریت و مقایسه آن با اطلاعات موجود در نرم افزار و دفتر ثبت در سال 1398 انجام شد. با انجام پروژه رف خوانی، اطلاعات 21859 کتاب و لوح فشرده در دفتر ثبت به ترتیب قرار گرفتن منابع در قفسه ها با اطلاعات آن در نرم افزار مقایسه گردید و موارد عدم تطبیق از طریق نشانه گذاری در دفتر ثبت انجام شد. سپس نتایج به دست آمده، تحلیل و رفع اشکال گردید. یافته ها: با انجام رف خوانی اشکالات مربوط به فرایند فهرست نویسی مانند اصلاحات مربوط به شماره مدرک(86 مورد)، اصلاحات مربوط به رده (341 مورد)، اصلاحات مربوط به شماره های ثبت (5796 مورد)، اصلاحات مربوط به برچسب و بارکد (578 مورد)، فرایند وجین (5332 مورد) و منابع مفقودی ( 1658 مورد) به تفکیک مشخص و ارائه شد. نتیجه گیری: انجام پروژه رف خوانی و رفع اشکالات پیش آمده، از سردرگمی کاربران و کتابداران جلوگیری کرده و باعث ساماندهی مجموعه کتابخانه، سازماندهی خرید در فرایند مجموعه سازی، ساماندهی بودجه، افزایش فضای رشد مجموعه و استفاده بهینه از فضای کتابخانه و در نهایت بهبود عملکرد کتابداران در بخش های مختلف کتابخانه و افزایش کیفیت خدمت رسانی به مراجعان کتابخانه می شود.Shelf-Reading in the library of School of Management and Medical Informatics: Managing and refining information on books and CDs
Objective: One of the practical examples of information management is information refinement, which in libraries can be done through the process of shelf-reading and promotes library processes. The purpose of this study was to investigate the problems encountered in library processes and to eliminate its problems by shelf-reading process in the library of the School of Management. Methodology: This is a descriptive study by reviewing the worksheet information of books and CDs of the School of Management Library and its comparison with the information in the software and the accession book in 2019. By shelf-reading process, the information of 21859 book and CD in the accession book was compared with the information in the software in the order of the resources on the shelves, and the cases of non-compliance were done by marking in the accession book as a decision criterion. Then results were analyzed and debugged. Results : By shelf reading cataloging problems such as corrections related to CCN (86 items), Classification number (341 items), registration numbers (5796 items), label and barcode (578 items), weeding process (5332 items) and missing sources (1658 items) were identified and presented separately. Conclusion: Doing this project and fixing the problems that have occurred, prevent confusion of users and librarians and cause the organization of the library collection, organizing purchases in the collection process, organizing the budget, increasing the collection space and optimal use of library space and ultimately improving the performance of librarians in the department Different library and increase the quality of service to library clients.
