تحلیل کیفی مشکلات زنان دارای همسر جانباز: یک پژوهش پدیدارشناختی (مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

چکیده
بحران های خانوادگی، مهارت های بقای خانواده را مورد آزمایش قرار داده و هنگامی که یکی از افراد خانواده دچار مشکلی شود بحران ها و مشکلات خانوادگی نمودار می شود. ازجمله این بحران ها حضور فرد جانباز در خانواده است. پژوهش حاضر باهدف بررسی مشکلات زنان دارای همسر جانباز به روش کیفی از نوع تحلیل مضمون انجام شد. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل تمام زنان دارای همسر جانباز در مناطق 13 و 14 تهران بودند که تعداد 19 نفر از ایشان (از بین زنانی که در سال 1399 به خانه سلامت شهرداری منطقه 13 مراجعه کرده بودند) باروش نمونه گیری هدفمند تا رسیدن به اشباع نظری در مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته انتخاب شدند. تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها بااستفاده از روش تحلیل مضمون انجام گرفت. در نهایت 5 مضمون اصلی در مشکلات زنان دارای همسر جانباز شناسایی شد که عبارتند از: مشکلات روانی، مشکلات جسمانی، مشکلات زناشویی، مشکلات اجتماعی، مشکلات اقتصادی. بنابراین لزوم شناسایی مشکلات این قشر از زنان و ارائه خدمات یاورانه، باید در اولویت سازمان های مربوطه قرار گیرد.A Qualitative Analysis of the Problems of Women with a Veteran Husband: A Phenomenological Study
The skills of family survival are tested by family disasters, and they are showed when one of the family members faces with a problem. One of these disasters is the presence of a veteran person in the family; thus, this qualitative study was conducted with the purpose of investigating the problems of women with a veteran husband using the theme analysis. The population included all women with a veteran husband living in regions 13 and 14 of Tehran. 19 women (who had referred to the Municipal Health House of region 13 in 2020) were selected by the judgmental sampling, based on the theoretical saturation of the semi-structured interviews. The data analysis was done by the theme analysis and finally, 5 main concept related to the problems of women with a veteran husband were identified: mental, physical, marital, social, and economic problems. As a whole, the results showed that such women have been experiencing many problems in the mental, physical, marital, social, and economic aspects. Therefore, the related organizations should identify the problems of these women and service them.
