مکانیابی برای ایجاد مرکز خدمات درمانی با استفاده از روش ارزیابی چند معیاری (AHP) در کلانشهر تبریز (مطالعه موردی: مناطق طالقانی منصور، باغمیشه)

چکیده
خدمات درمانی یکی از مهم ترین نیازهای اولیه جامعه انسانی است که پژوهش حاضر در جهت مکان یابی خدمات درمانی کلانشهر تبریز (مطالعه موردی : مناطق طالقانی ، منصور و باغمیشه) می پردازد. در این پژوهش ابتدا مناطق مورد نظر را شناسایی کردیم و با استفاده از نرم افزار Arc GIS نقشه مناطق را نشان دادیم و در ادامه از روش تحلیل سلسله مراتبی (AHP) استفاده کردیم در این روش ابتدا معیارهایی را در رابطه با مکان یابی خدمات درمانی با استفاده از نظرات متخصصان شهری بدست اوردیم که این معیارها شامل : شبکه ارتباطی ، امنیت ، جمعیت ، مرکزیت ، زمین ، سازگاری است و سپس برای هر یک زیر معیارهایی را تعریف کردیم برای انجام این روش با تشکیل ماتریس وزن نهایی را با استفاده از مقایسه دو دویی برای هرکدام از معیار و زیر معیار بدست آوردیم لازم بذکر است که برای انجام محاسبات از نرم افزار EXCEL بهره جسته ایم. منطقه A (طالقانی) ، منطقه B (منصور) و منطقه C (باغمیشه) است. با استناد به داده های بدست آمده از تجزیه و تحلیل معیارها ، زیر معیارها و گزینه ها منطقه A (طالقانی) با توجه به کثرت زیاد جمعیت ساکن و شرایط منطقه با وزن نهایی 0.01134015 مناسبترین و مستعد ترین مکان برای ایجاد مرکز درمانی شناسایی شد.Locating for the establishment of a medical service center using the multi-criteria evaluation method (AHP) in the metropolis of Tabriz (case study: Taleghani, Mansour, Baghmisheh areas
Medical services are one of the most important basic needs of human society, which the current research addresses in the direction of locating medical services in Tabriz metropolis (case study: Taleghani, Mansour and Baghmisheh areas). In this research, we first identified the target areasAnd by using Arc GIS software, we showed the map of the regions and then we used the Analytical Hierarchy (AHP) method. It includes: communication network, security, population, centrality, land, compatibility, and then we defined sub-criteria for each of them. To perform this method, we obtained the final weight matrix by using two-way comparison for each of the criteria and sub-criteria. It should be noted that we have used EXCEL software to perform calculations.Zone A (Taleghani), Zone B (Mansour) and Zone C (Baghmisheh). Based on the data obtained from the analysis of criteria, sub-criteria and options, area A (Taleghani) was identified as the most appropriate and most suitable place to establish a treatment center with a final weight of 0.01134015 due to the large number of residents and the conditions of the area.
