چکیده
در بازآفرینی فرهنگ مبنا، عامل فرهنگ به عنوان یک راهبرد توسعه ای بسیار مهم در مقیاس محلی و جهانی مطرح است. کارشناسان اذعان دارند مسئولین شهرها بر نقش تأثیرگذار فرهنگ به عنوان محرک و سیاست مداخله ای بر بازآفرینی شهری و گسترش توسعه گردشگری شهری تأکید می نماید. ارتباط زیادی بین فرهنگ و توسعه گردشگری شهری وجود دارد.این پژوهش با رویکرد پیمایشی به برنامه ریزی توسعه گردشگری شهری منطقه 3 اصفهان با تاکید بر بازآفرینی فرهنگ مبنا پرداخته است. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات پرسشنامه و حجم نمونه پژوهش 384 نفر بوده است. نتایج نشان داد عناصر تاریخی منطقه 3 شهر اصفهان به لحاظ کالبد، عملکرد، ارزش معماری نقش زیادی در توسعه گردشگری شهری منطقه دارند. آداب و رسوم، فرهنگ مهمان نوازی و رفتاری مردم در جذب گردشگری شهری نقش زیادی دارد. همچنین نتایج نشان داد از جمله برنامه ها و فعالیت هایی که باید در برنامه ریزی توسعه گردشگری شهری منطقه 3 اصفهان مدنظر مسئولان و مدیران شهری قرار گیرد ساماندهی، مرمت و حفاظت عناصر تاریخی شامل حمام های تاریخی، مساجد و ... باید باشند. در این بین باید به احیای هویت فرهنگی و ایجاد حس تعلق مکانی در بافت های تاریخی منطقه نیز توجه نمود. بررسی میانگین مولفه های تاثیرگذار بر توسعه گردشگری شهری منطقه 3 اصفهان نشان داد مراکز تفریحی تعریف شده در شهر، کاخ هشت بهشت، عناصر طبیعی موجود در منطقه3، مجموعه نقش جهان با کاربری های اطراف و عناصر تاریخی موجود در منطقه 3 شهر اصفهان بیشترین تاثیر را در توسعه گردشگری شهری منطقه 3 شهر اصفهان دارند.Isfahan Urban Tourism Development Planning with Emphasis on Recreation Based Culture: A Case Study of District 3 of Isfahan City
In the base culture Regeneration, culture factor is considered to be very important development strategy in local and global scale. Many experts acknowledge urban authorities should emphasis on the role of culture as a stimulant and policy intervention on urban regeneration and extension of urban tourism development, owning to a great connection between culture and development of urban tourism. Since the city of Isfahan has a historical context and valuable cultural elements; this survey with research approach has considered the development of Urban Tourism Region 3 in Isfahan, with emphasis on recreating the culture-based studies. The tool of information gathering is questionnaire and sample data were 384 people. The results show that historical elements of Region 3 of Isfahan in terms of body, function and architecture value play a major role in the development of urban tourism. The results also demonstrate programs and activities such as organizing, restoration and preservation of historical elements including historic baths, old mosques and schools, historical and valuable textures should be noticed in the region 3 of Isfahan by officials and city managers. In the meantime, it should be considered to restore cultural identity and to create a sense of place belonging in the historical context of the region. study the average of influential components on the development of the urban tourism in region 3 of Isfahan Naghsh Jahan set with surroundings and the historical available elements in Region 3 of Isfahan have greatest impact on Urban Tourism Development in Region 3 city of Isfahan
