چکیده
هتل ها بعنوان اصلی ترین ابزار صنعت هتلداری جایگاه ویژه ای دارند . نیاز روزافزون هتلها و گروههای هتلی برای به کارگیری شیو ه های علمی به منظور ارزیابی خود از دیدگاه بهداشتی، ایمنی وزیست محیطی و آگاهی از جایگاه میهمانان و کارکنان در حوزهHSE جهت حصول بهبود مستمر و حضور در عرصه ملی و جهانی ضروری است . این مطالعه با هدف طراحی الگویی جهت ارزیابی وضعیت HSE در هتلها با استفاده از سیستم خبره , مرحله اول به تعیین معیارهای موثر بر وضعیت HSE هتل با استفاده از ادبیات پژوهش و نظرات خبرگان با روش تکنیک دلفی پرداخت. مرحله دوم که با پاسخگویی اعضای هیات مدیره هتل ، مدیر داخلی ، معاون و مسئول ایمنی و بهداشت همراه بوده است، عوامل موثر، اعتباریابی و اولویت بندی شد و در قالب یک مدل مفهومی ارائه شد. در این مرحله داده هایی که از طریق پرسشنامه ها جمع آوری شد، به وسیلهی نرم افزاspss 24 مورد تحلیل قرارگرفت. الگوی پیشنهادی از 11 معیار و 38 زیر معیار تشکیل شد. بر اساس نتایج تحقیق اثبات شد معیار ،"صلاحیت و آموزش کارکنان " با میانگین رتبه 18/9 در اولویت اول میان معیار ها و زیر معیار "تعیین حداقل نیازهای آموزشیHSE کارکنان به تفکیک شغل" با میانگین رتبه 49/30 در اولویت اول میان زیر معیارها قرار دارد. الگوی پیشنهادی ابزاری مدیریتی است جهت خودارزیابی هتل هایی که در آغاز مسیر بهبود HSE قرار دارند وحتی این الگو امکان مقایسه با سایر هتلها یا گروههای هتلی پیشرو را نیز تسهیل می کند .Validation of HSE Status Assessment Tool in Hospitality Industry (A Case Study of Parsian Hotel Complex in Iran)
Hotels have a special place as the main tool of the hospitality industry. There is a growing need for hotels and hotel groups to apply scientific methods to evaluate health, safety and environmental awareness and the awareness of HSE guests and staff to achieve continuous improvement in the national and global context. In this study, in order to design a model to evaluate the HSE status of hotels using the expert system, in the first step, determining the effective criteria on the HSE status of the hotel using Delphi technique literature and expert opinions was done. The hotel's board of directors, interior manager, vice president and chief health and safety officer, influencers were accredited and prioritized and presented in a conceptual modelAt this stage, the data collected through questionnaires were analyzed by spss 24 software. The proposed model consisted of 11 criteria and 38 sub-criteria. Based on the results of the research, the criterion "Qualification and Training of Personnel" with average rating of 9/18 ranked first among the criteria and sub criterion "Determination of minimum HSE training needs of employees by job" with mean rating of 30/49 in first priority among the following The criteria are. The proposed template is a management tool for self-assessment of hotels that are at the beginning of the HSE improvement path, and this pattern also facilitates comparison with other leading hotels or hotel groups.
