چکیده
هدف مقاله حاضر بررسی مدیریت ایمنی اماکن ورزشی در رویدادهای ورزشی در مدارس استان زنجان در سال ۱۴۰۱ می باشد این مقاله از نظر هدف جز پژوهش های کاربردی و بر حسب روش های پردازش داده ها توصیفی - همبستگی به شمار می رود که گردآوری داده های آن به روش کتابخانه ای بررسی اسناد مدارک و روش میدانی استفاده از پرسشنامه می باشد. که جامعه آماری هنرستان های تربیت بدنی آموزش و پرورش استان زنجان؛ که تعداد آنها ۷۵۰ دانش آموز دختر و پسر است. جامعه مورد مطالعه در این پژوهش دختران هستند که تعداد آنها ۳۴۰ نفر می باشد. جهت تعیین نمونه بر اساس نمونه گیری طبقه بندی ساده و با استفاده از جدول مورگان ۱۸۱ نفر به عنوان نمونه (دختر) انتخاب شدند. به منظور تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از طریق آزمون رتبه ای فریدمن و ضریب همبستگی با استفاده از نرم افزار spss نسخه ۱۸ استفاده شد. یافته ها: پایایی داده ها بر اساس آلفای کرونباخ ۰۹۱۲ گزارش شد. نرمال بودن داده ها با آزمون کولموگروف اسمیرنوف تایید گردید. آزمون فریدمن در سطح ۰/۰۱ معنادار شد (۰/۰۱>P). بعد مدیریت بیشترین رتبه ۱، بهداشت با رتبه ۲ الزامات حقوقی و اخلاقی با رتبه ۳ طراحی با رتبه ۴ به ترتیب دارای بیشترین میانگین رتبه ای اثر گذار در ایمنی اماکن ورزشی را نشان داد. نتیجه گیری برای اینکه بتوانیم قهرمانان بزرگی داشته باشیم باید در این امر به طراحی، بهداشت، الزامات اخلاقی و حقوقی و مدیریت صحیح توجه ویژه نماییم. با ایجاد موقعیت میزبانی در بالا بردن فرهنگ سالم رقابت و مهمان پذیری و امکانات و محتوای اتفاقات بعدی آن قدم مثبتی ایجاد کرد.Investigating the safety management of sports venues in sports events in Zanjan schools
The purpose of this article is to investigate the safety management of sports venues in sports events in schools of Zanjan province in 1401. This article is one of the applied researches in terms of purpose and descriptive-correlational in terms of data processing methods. The field method is to use a questionnaire. that the statistical population of Zanjan province's physical training schools; Their number is 750 male and female students. The community studied in this research are girls, whose number is 340. In order to determine the sample based on simple classification sampling and using Morgan's table, 181 people (girls) were selected as a sample. In order to analyze the data, Friedman's rank test and correlation coefficient were used using spss software version 18. Findings: Data reliability was reported based on Cronbach's alpha 0912. The normality of the data was confirmed by the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test. Friedman's test was significant at the 0.01 level (P<0.01). The dimension of management with the highest rank 1, health with rank 2, legal and ethical requirements with rank 3, design with rank 4, respectively, showed the highest average rating of the effect on the safety of sports facilities. The results of correlation analysis: safety and security with health had the highest correlation of 0.933, then the ethical and legal requirements of design and management with safety were 0.814/0.863 and 0.684 respectively. Conclusion In order to have great heroes, we must pay special attention to design, hygiene, ethical and legal requirements and proper management. By creating a hosting position, it made a positive step in raising the healthy culture of competition and hospitality, and the facilities and content of the subsequent events.
