چکیده
موضوع تحول در موقعیت و منزلت قدرت های بزرگ ، همواره یکی از مهمترین مباحث سیاست بین الملل بوده است. در این ارتباط ، مباحث نظری گوناگونی به ویژه از منظر مباحث رئالیستی مورد توجه قرار گرفته که نظریه «گذار یا تحول قدرت« یکی از این موارد می باشد. از سوی دیگر، در طول چند دهه گذشته ، آینده پیش روی امریکا و سناریوهای متصور برای نقش و موقعیت آن در مواجهه با تحولاتی چون خیزش قدرت های جدید و بروز کانون های جدید تهدید، به یکی از حساسیت های تحلیلگران سیاست جهانی تبدیل شده که ماحصل بررسی ها ی مربوط را می توان در حداقل سه رویکرد افول گرائی ، امریکا ستیزی و جهان پیش رو مشاهده کرد.در این نوشتار ، بر مبنای جهت گیری نظری ، چگونگی ارتباط یابی میان مبحث گذار قدرت و ترجمان نظری آن در قالب سه رویکرد یاد شده مدنظر است. سوال محوری عبارتست از اینکه : دیدگاه های آینده نگر مربوط به موقعیت و نقش امریکا کدامند و چگونه می توان میان آنان تعامل و همپیوندی نظری برقرار کرد؟ و فرضیه اینکه: رویکرد های نظری مربوط به چگونگی تداوم یا انتقال پذیری موقعیت و نقش امریکا در جهان پیش رو در سه الگوی مفهومی "مکتب افول گرایی" ، " آمریکا ستیزی"و "جهان پسا آمریکا" قابل شناسایی است. این سه در بستر تحولات بین المللی(جنگ سرد و پس از آن) ، به نوعی چارچوب تعاملی شکل داده اند که به تقویت ادبیات معطوف به گذار قدرت منجر شده است.Transformation of “power transition" based on the literature on changes to the status and role of the United States: School of decline, anti-Americanism, post-American world
Transformation of the position of great powers has always been one of the most important issues of international politics. In this regard, various theoretical debates have been considered, especially in the context of realism, one of which is power transition theory. On the other hand, over the past few decades, the future of the United States and its possible scenarios and roles in the face of developments such as the rise of new powers and new threat centers have become one of the concerns of the analysts of international politics, which can be observed in at least three approaches including decline of power, anti-Americanism and the future world. This paper examines the connection between the topic of power transition and its theoretical reflection in the three aforementioned frameworks. The central question is: what are the prospective views of the position of the United States and how they can be theoretically integrated. And the hypothesis is that: theoretical approaches to how the position of the United States can continue or be transformed in the future world are identifiable by the conceptual models of the "decline school", "anti-Americanism" and "post-America world". These, along with international events (the Cold War and its subsequent developments) have formed an interactive framework that has strengthened the literature of power transition.
