چکیده
تحولات بحرین پس از بیداری اسلامی آزمایش خوبی برای محک زدن توازن قدرت درخلیج فارس و خاورمیانه بود و به نظر این تحولات تاثیرات مهمی بر منطقه و بازیگران آن داشته است. شورای همکاری خلیج فارس از این تاثیرات مستثنی نبوده است. وقوع اعتراضات و تداوم آن در سطحی گسترده در بحرین، نشان دهنده وضعیت خاص و متفاوت آن در میان کشورهای عضو شورای همکاری بود. وضعیتی که بررسی آن ریشه ها و ابعاد تحولات اخیر را واضح تر مشخص می نمود. با توجه به اهمیت تحولات بحرین در سطح منطقه، تاثیرتحولات آن کشور بر ساختار و سیاست های سیاسی- امنیتی شورای همکاری خلیج فارس مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. سوالی که این مقاله به دنبال پاسخ به آن بود عبارت بود از اینکه: تحولات بحرین پس از بیداری اسلامی بر ساختار و سیاست های سیاسی– امنیتی شورای همکاری خلیج فارس چه تاثیری گذاشت؟ و در نهایت مقاله مطرح کرد که تحولات بحرین باعث تغییرات ساختاری درشورای همکاری خلیج فارس از جمله بحث افزایش اعضای آن و نیز تغییرسیاست های سیاسی-امنیتی آن شورا گردید.The Impact Of The Events In Bahrain After The Islamic Awakening On The Stracture And The Political-Security Policies Of The (P)GCC
The recent events in Bahrain could be regarded as a good test for evaluating the balance of power in the Persian Gulf and the Middle East. Seemingly, these events have had great impacts on the Persian Gulf and the regional actors. Persian Gulf cooperation council (PGCC) which is composed of the countries in the Persian Gulf has also been influenced by these events .The rise and continuation of popular protests in Bahrain indicates this countrys specific status among PGCC members. Scrutinizing this particular status could help us find the roots and aspects of the recent events. Taking into consideration the significance of events in Bahrain in the region, we could examine the impacts of recent events on the structure and security-political policies of PGCC. The main question of thesis is: what impacts have had the recent events. In Bahrain on the structure and security-political policies PGCC? Our hypothesis as following: seemingly, the recent events in Bahrain have created structural changes in PGCC such as an increase in the number of PGCC member states and changes in security-political policies for controlling and maintaining the status quo as well.
