تبیین مؤلفه های امنیت اقتصادی مؤثر در جهش تولید(مورد مطالعه: شرکت های شهرک صنعتی سمنان)

چکیده
مقام معظم رهبری همواره تأکید داشته اند که، «تولید» ستون فقرات اقتصاد مقاومتی است و ضروری است در راستای جهش تولید گام های بلندی برداشته شود. با این وجود، موانع بسیاری در مسیر جهش تولید وجود دارد که مانع از دستیابی به اهداف آن می شود که در این بین، امنیت اقتصادی یکی از مهمترین بسترسازهای حرکت جریان تولید در کشور می باشد. براین اساس، پژوهش حاضر با هدف شناسایی مؤلفه های امنیت اقتصادی مؤثر در جهش تولید برمبنای مطالعه ای کیفی و با رویکرد اکتشافی-کاربردی صورت گرفته است. جامعه آماری شامل اساتید دانشگاهی، مدیران خبره شرکت های شهرک صنعتی سمنان و مسئولین ارگانهای مرتبط می باشند. نمونه آماری به روش هدفمند با رویکرد گلوله برفی به تعداد 17 نفر انتخاب شده اند. ابزار گردآوری داده ها شامل مطالعات کتابخانه ای و مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته با خبرگان و روش تجزیه و تحلیل داده های کیفی، تحلیل مضمون (تِماتیک) بوده است. در این پژوهش برای اطمینان از روایی و پایایی نتایج احصاء شده در تحلیل مضمون از شیوه های خاص پژوهش کیفی شامل معیار مقبولیت و قابلیت تأئید استفاده شد. در نهایت، نتایج تحلیل مضمون منتج به ارائه مؤلفه های امنیت اقتصادی مؤثر در جهش تولید گردید که در سه حوزه مؤلفه های رفتاری (محتوایی)، ساختاری و زمینه ای (محیطی) شناسایی و دسته بندی گردیدند. به نظر می رسد با فراهم سازی مؤلفه های امنیت اقتصادی، حرکت رو به جلویی در راستای مانع زدایی و پشتیبانی از تولید در کشور صورت گیرد.Explaining the Components of Economic Security Affecting the Production Surge(Case study: Companies of Semnan Industrial Town)
The Supreme Leader has always emphasized that "production" is the backbone of a resistive economy and that it is necessary to take great strides towards a surge in production. However, there are many obstacles in the path of production surge, which hinder the achievement of its goals. Economic security is one of the most important factors that underlie the movement of production in Iran. Accordingly, this qualitative study aimed to identify the components of economic security affecting the production surge using an exploratory-practical approach. The statistical population consisted of expert managers of companies in Semnan Industrial Town, university professors and officials of related bodies. A statistical sample of 17 people was selected using snowball sampling, as a technique n the purposive sampling method. Data were collected using the desk-based research method as well as semi-structured interviews with experts. The qualitative data were analyzed using the thematic analysis method. To ensure the validity and reliability of the results obtained in thematic analysis, special methods of qualitative research including acceptability and confirmability criteria were used. Finally, the results of thematic analysis leading to the presentation of the economic security components affecting the production surge were presented and categorized into three domains of behavioral (thematic), structural and contextual (environmental) components. It seems that providing the components of economic security will ensure a movement towards removing the obstacles and supporting production in Iran.
