نقش پیشگیرانه فرماندهان و مدیران در کاهش جرایم کارکنان

چکیده
زمینه وهدف : اعمال نظارت و مراقبت مؤثر برکارکنان یکی از نکات مهمی است که فرمانده معظم کل قوا (مدظله العالی) برای به حداقل رساندن ارتکاب جرایم و تخلفات در بین کارکنان ناجا به آن اشاره و تاکید داشته اند، که این امر برکات و منافع سازمانی و فردی فراوانی در پی دارد، فرماندهان و مدیران نقش اساسی و مهمی در سالم سازی نهاد ناجا و کاهش حجم جرایم کارکنان دارند، این پژوهش با هدف شناسایی و شناخت نقش های فرماندهان و مدیران نیروی انتظامی در کاهش جرایم کارکنان انجام شد، پژوهشگر در این پژوهش به دنبال آن است تا ضمن شناسایی، اولویت بندی هریک از نقش های مراقبتی، ممانعتی و مقابله ای توسط فرماندهان را مورد تبین قرار دهد پژوهش کابردی حاضر از منظر روش شناختی در دسته پژوهش های کیفی و با روش نمونه گیری غیرتصادفی و به صورت هدفمند انجام و از ابزار مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته برای بدست آوردن داده ها استفاده شده است در این راستا با 10 نفر از فرماندهان و مدیران خبره و با تجربه که در زمینه صیانت و پیشگیری از جرایم کارکنان دارای سابقه مدیریتی و اجرایی بودند تا رسیدن به اشباع نظری مصاحبه انجام شده است. یافته ها و نتیجه گیری: نتایج پژوهش نشان می دهد با توجه به نقش های پیشگیرانه در بین فرماندهان و مدیران، نقش مراقبتی بیش از همه نقش ها مورد تاکید قرار گرفته است و سپس نقش ممانعتی و در نهایت کمترین تاکید بر نقش مقابله ای بوده است.The preventive role of commanders and managers in reducing staff crimes

This study was conducted to identify and recognize the roles of commanders and managers of law enforcement in reducing staff crimes, the researcher in this study Seeks to identify, prioritize, and explain each of the watchdog, deterrence, and confrontational roles by commanders. The present applied research from a methodological point of view in the category of qualitative research with non-random sampling method and purposefully conducted and semi-structured interview tools to obtain data has been used in this regard with 10 commanders and expert managers and with Experience in the field of protection and crime prevention of employees with managerial and executive experience has been done to achieve theoretical saturation of the interview. Results and conclusions The results show that due to preventive roles among commanders and managers, the role of care has been emphasized more than all other roles and then the role of prevention and finally the least emphasis has been on the coping role.
