شناسایی و تحلیل کانون های جرم خیز شهری مطالعه موردی (سرقت مغازه در شهر سمنان)

چکیده
با گذشت زمان جرم شناسان متوجه شدند که مکان های خاصی بر میزان وقوع جرم تأثیرگذار می باشند. به نحوی که با گسترش شهرها، در محدوده آن ها کانون هایی شکل می گیرند که جرایم بیشتری نسبت به محدوده های دیگر در آن ها روی می دهد. پژوهش حاضر که با موضوع شناسایی و تحلیل کانون های جرم سرقت مغازه در محدوده جغرافیایی شهر سمنان صورت گرفته است از سامانه اطلاعات جغرافیایی و همچنین نرم افزار SPSS به منظور تحلیل های فضایی مکانی و همچنین زمانی استفاده شده است. در این پژوهش جرایم ارتکابی سرقت مغازه از تاریخ 1/1/1394 تا 29/12/1394 در محدوده قانونی شهر سمنان به عنوان جامعه آماری مورد مطالعه قرار گرفته است. روش تحقیق در پژوهش حاضر تحلیلی و توصیفی و داده ها و اطلاعات مورد نیاز پژوهش با دو روش کتابخانه ای و میدانی تهیه شده است. نتیجه پژوهش نشان داد مهم ترین کانون های سرقت مغازه در محدوده چهارراه مازندران تا میدان امام واقع شده است که جزء محدوده کاملاً تجاری شهر سمنان محسوب می شوند، شکل گرفته است. از نظر زمانی نیز خرداد ماه بالاترین میزان وقوع را در بین سایر ماه ها داراست. همچنین از نظر توزیع در طی ایام هفته و ساعات شبانه روز، روزهای ابتدائی هفته و همچنین ساعات اولیه روز بالاترین میزان و اواخر هفته و ساعات شب که مغازه ها تعطیل می باشند کمترین میزان گزارش سرقت انجام شده است.Identification and analysis of urban crime centers. Over time, criminologists discovered that certain places are affecting the amount of crime occurring. In such a way that with the expansion of cities, they form the focal points within their range, in which there are more crimes than other areas. The current research, which deals with the identification and analysis of shop stealing cases in the geographical area of Semnan, has been used by Geographic Information System as well as SPSS software for spatial and temporal analysis as well as time. In this study, the crimes committed by the shop stealing from 1/1/1394 to 29/12/1394 were studied in the legal area of Semnan as a statistical society. The method of research in this research is analytical and descriptive, and the data and information required for research is provided by two methods of library and field studies. The result of the study showed that the most important shops for stealing from Mazandaran crossroads to Imam Square, which are considered as a part of the commercial area of Semnan city, have been formed. In terms of time, June also has the highest incidence among other months. Distribution during the week and night hours, the early days of the week, as well as the early hours of the day, the highest rates, and the late hours of the week and the opening hours of the shops, have been the lowest reported in the theft
