چکیده
مکان یابی تاسیساتی که بر اساس مطالعات آمایش سرزمینی و دفاعی انجام گیرد، می تواند به صورت طبیعی نقش بسزایی در پدافند غیرعامل ایفا نماید. در واقع استفاده بهینه از پتانسیل های منطقه ای و طبیعی می تواند تاثیر بسزایی در کاهش خطرات ناشی از انواع تهدیدات به همراه داشته باشد. مکان یابی یک فرآیند پیچیده بوده که در آن طیف وسیعی از فاکتورها و معیارها جهت تعیین مکان مناسب برای یک کاربرد خاص لحاظ می گردد. در گذشته ماهیت مکان یابی اغلب براساس دو معیار فنی و اقتصادی شکل می گرفت و امروزه با توجه به گسترش علوم و افزایش حساسیت ها به ویژه در زمینه عوامل زیست محیطی، برای مکان یابی انواع تاسیسات می بایست صدها عامل مختلف به طور همزمان مورد بررسی و تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گیرد. این پژوهش با هدف تعیین مناطق امن با ملاحظات پدافند غیر عامل انجام شده است و پس از مطالعه ویژگیهای طبیعی و انسانی منطقه مورد مطالعه، عوامل موثر در مکان یابی مناطق امن مشخص شد، سپس معیارهای موثر با روش تحلیل سلسله مراتبی (AHP) مقایسه و وزن دهی شد و با استفاده از (GIS) طبقات و حریم معیارها در منطقه انجام و در نهایت با تلفیق لایه ها مناطق با وضعیت کاملاً مناسب تا کاملاً نامناسب مشخص شدند. بر اساس ماتریس های مقایسه ای (AHP) عامل طبیعی فاصله از گسلها دارای بیشترین وزن و فاصله از مناطق مسکونی پس از آن قرار می گیرد. همچنین نقشه تلفیقی نشان می دهد که منطقه پایکوهی در نزدیکی جاده ها و خطوط ارتباطی مناسبترین مناطق برای احداث مناطق امن هستند.Locating disciplinary buildings with non-agent defense attitude in Mahdishahr
If locating of infrastructural installation be done based on locating study and the principle of territory analyze, specially defending analyze can play an important role in non-agent defense. In fact optimum use of area potential and natural can have an important effect in risks decrease result from kinds of threaten. The locating is a complicated process in which point the vast range of criteria and factors for suitable locating for a special application. In past times, locating essence was often based on 2 economic and technical criteria and nowadays in attention to science advancement and sensitiveness increase specially in bio-environment, for kinds of installation locating should analyze ten or even hundreds different factors simultaneously. Obviously processing of hundreds of places data and thousands of information items cannot be done with using traditional method and should use modern technology like: GIS for simultaneous processing of data. This research aimed at determining of safe area with non-agent defense consideration and after studying natural and human features of study area, effective agent in locating of safe area was specified and after that effective criteria was compared with AHP method and with use of GIS be done criteria classes and finally areas with suitable position to unsuitable were specified with layer composing. Base on AHP, natural agent of space from broken area containing the most weight and space from residential area will place after that. Composing map also shows that mountain-feet area vicinity the roads and communication lines are the most suitable areas to construct the safe area.
