چکیده
هدف از این پژوهش ارائه مدل پارادایمی توسعه رفتارهای اخلاقی سازمان یار در ورزش کشور می باشد. این پژوهش دارای رویکردی کیفی بوده و از روش نظریه داده بنیاد (گراندد تئوری) به عنوان روش پژوهش استفاده شده است. روش گردآوری داده ها، مطالعه مبانی نظری و مصاحبه های عمیق و باز با 16 نفر از اساتید برجسته حوزه مدیریت ورزشی متخصص در حوزه رفتار اخلاقی است. روش نمونه گیری به صورت هدفمند از نوع معیاری و تا حد اشباع نظری ادامه یافت. روایی این پژوهش توسط مصاحبه شوندگان و سپس اساتید متخصص مورد بررسی قرار گرفت و تأیید شد. پایایی نیز با استفاه از روش مطالعه حسابرسی فرآیند نتایج 3/70% به دست آمد. برای تحلیل داده ها از روش مقایسه مداوم در طی سه مرحله کدگذاری باز، محوری و انتخابی استفاده شده است. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که عامل راهبردی مدل، ایجاد منشور رفتارهای اخلاقی برای بهبود شاخص های توسعه رفتارهای اخلاق سازمان یار در ورزش کشور در نظر گرفته شده است و در بعد پیامدها، نتایج مورد انتظار مشهود و نامشهود از پیامدهای پیامدهای اجتماعی، پیامدهای فردی، پیامدهای سازمانی مد نظر قرار گرفت. پیامدهایی که تجلی آن ها به معنای ظهور پدیده بهبود شاخص های توسعه رفتارهای اخلاق سازمان یار در ورزش کشور است. بهره گیری از راهبردهای شناسایی شده در جهت توسعه رفتارهای اخلاقی سازمان یار در ورزش کشور کاملا درک می گردد.Presenting a paradigm model for the development of ethical behaviors of the Yar organization in the country's sport
The purpose of this study is to Presenting a paradigm model for the development of ethical behaviors of the Yar organization in the country's sports. This research has a qualitative approach and the method of fundamental data theory has been used as a research method. Data collection methods are the study of theoretical foundations and in-depth and open interviews with 16 prominent professors in the field of sports management who specialize in the field of ethical behavior. The sampling method continued purposefully by standard and to the extent of theoretical saturation. The validity of this study was evaluated and confirmed by the interviewees and then the expert professors. Reliability was also achieved by using the process audit study method of the results of 70.3%. To analyze the data, continuous comparison method has been used during three stages of open, central and selective coding. The research results showed that the strategic factor of the model is to create a charter of ethical behaviors to improve the development indicators of ethical behaviors of Yar organization in the country's sports. An organization was considered. Consequences whose manifestation means the emergence of the phenomenon of improving the indicators of development of the ethical behaviors of Yar Organization in the country's sports. Utilizing the identified strategies in order to develop the ethical behaviors of Yar Organization in the country's sports is fully understood.
