راهبردهای تدریس مطلوب در کلاس های درس چند پایه: مطالعه ای پدیدارشناسانه

چکیده
هدف پژوهش حاضر، بررسی و تبیین راهبردهای تدریس مطلوب در کلاس های درس چند پایه در مقطع ابتدایی از دیدگاه آموزگاران با رویکرد پدیدارشناسی است. برای درک تجربه زیسته شرکت کنندگان از روش نمودشناسی تفسیری از رویکردهای پژوهش کیفی استفاده شده است. نمونه پژوهش حاضر آموزگارانی هستند که بیش از پنج سال در کلاس های چند پایه تدریس کرده اند. داده ها از راه مصاحبه ژرف نیمه ساختار یافته جمع آوری و سپس به روش ون منن تحلیل شدند. بر بنیاد یافته های پژوهش مهمترین راهبردهای تدریس اثربخش در کلاس های چند پایه در مقطع ابتدایی از دیدگاه آموزگاران عبارتند از: به کارگیری روش تدریس چندپایه تلفیقی، استفاده از روش ایفای نقش، به کارگیری روش همیاری و بحث گروهی، استفاده از راهبرد معلم یاری، استفاده از ظرفیت های محیطی و مدیریت و سازماندهی کلاس درس اشاره کرد. در نتیجه از دیدگاه مصاحبه شوندگان می توان گفت به کارگیری راهبردهای تدریس مطلوب در کلاسهای چندپایه می تواند منجر به اثربخش تر شدن تدریس و در ادامه منجر به عمیق تر شدن یادگیری دانش آموزان گردد.Optimal teaching strategies in multi-grade classrooms: A phenomenological study
The purpose of this study is to investigate and explain the optimal teaching strategies in multi-grade classrooms in elementary period from the perspective of teachers with a phenomenological approach. To understand the lived experience of the participants, the interpretive representational method from qualitative research approaches has been used. Examples of the present study are teachers who have taught in multi-grade classes for more than five years. Data were collected through in-depth semi-structured interviews and then analyzed by Van Manen method. Based on the research findings, the most important effective teaching strategies in multi-grade classes in elementary school from the perspective of teachers are: the use of integrated multilevel teaching methods, the use of role-playing methods, the use of collaboration and group discussion methods, the use of teacher-assistant strategies, the use of environmental capacities and management and organization of the classroom. As a result, point of view from the interviewees, the application of appropriate teaching strategies in multi-grade classrooms can lead to more effective teaching and further lead to deeper learning of students.
