بررسی عوامل موثر بر صادرات غیر نفتی ایران با تاکید بر جهانی شدن

چکیده

  اتکا به صادرات نفتی از ویژگی های خاص اقتصاد ایران می باشد و همواره نوسانات قیمت نفت سبب بی ثباتی درآمدهای ارزی و اقتصاد ایران می باشند. همین امر سبب شده که عدم وابستگی به اقتصاد تک محصولی، تنوع بخشیدن به درآمدهای ارزی از طریق افزایش صادرات غیر نفتی و افزایش سهم اقتصاد ایران در تجارت بین الملل مورد تاکید برنامه های توسعه اقتصادی قرار گیرد. توجه به صادرات غیر نفتی و اقدامات موثر در جهت بهبود نیازمند ایجاد محیط رقابتی است و این خود حضور گسترده تر در بازارهای جهانی به ویژه سازمان تجارت جهانی را ناگریز می سازد. در این مقاله عوامل موثر بر صادرات غیرنفتی ایران با استفاده از الگوی خود توضیح با وقفه های توزیعی (ARDL) و داده های سالیانه برای دوره زمانی 87-1352 در اقتصاد ایران مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. نتایج نشان می دهد که متغیر های واردات کالاهای سرمایه ای، شاخص ادغام تجاری و نرخ ارز دارای تاثیر مثبت و معناداری در بلندمدت بر صادرات غیرنفتی هستند اما نرخ تورم دارای تاثیر منفی و معناداردر بلندمدت بر صادرات غیرنفتی می باشد. همچنین ساختار موجود صادرات غیرنفتی نقش تعیین کننده ای در سرنوشت صادرات دارد.     Reliance on oil exports is the special features of Iran's economy and fluctuating oil prices cause instability foreign exchange earnings and Iran's economy constantly. This caused that  independence on single-product economy, diversify foreign exchange earnings by increasing non-oil exports and increase the share of Iran's economy in international trade should be emphasized in economic development programs. Attendance to the non-oil exports and the effective measures to improve it  needy competitive environment and  it makes  possible to wider participation in world markets, particularly the WTO        In this paper, affecting factors on non-oil exports of Iran  has been  studied by using the model an Auto-Regressive Distributed   lag(ARDL)  and annual data for the period from 1973 to 2008 in Iranian economy. The results show that import value of capital goods, integration of trade and exchange rates have a positive and significant impact on non-oil exports in long-term, but inflation has a negative and significant impact on non-oil exports in long-term. Also The existing structure of non-oil exports has a pivotal role in the fate of non-oil exports
