شناسایی چالش های کارآفرینی با رویکرد ورزشی و تفریحی (مطالعه موردی: استان لرستان) (مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

چکیده
هدف پژوهش حاضر شناسایی چالش های کارآفرینی با رویکرد ورزشی و تفریحی استان لرستان بود. پژوهش حاضر از لحاظ هدف کاربردی و از نظر ماهیت و روش اکتشافی و از جمله تحقیقات آمیخته به حساب می آید. در این تحقیق از دو نوع جامعه دلفی برای شناسایی چالش های کارآفرینی ورزشی و جامعه برای اکتشاف و دسته بندی عوامل نهایی استفاده شد. در این پژوهش در گروه دلفی با استفاده از نمونه گیری گلوله برفی و هدفمند 15 نفر و در بخش کمی با تکیه بر فرمول حجم نمونه کوکران و روش نمونه گیری خوشه ای- تصادفی ساده با تخصیص متناسب 328 نفر به عنوان نمونه پژوهش انتخاب شد. در ادامه پس از مرور ادبیات نظری مرتبط با تحقیق و مصاحبه های نیمه ساختار یافته، با استفاده از روش دلفی در دو دور، چالش های کارآفرینی با رویکرد ورزشی و تفریحی شناسایی شد و در نهایت با توزیع پرسشنامه دسته بندی این چالش ها در جامعه موردنظر صورت گرفت. نتایج نشان داد که چالش های کارآفرینی ورزشی استان لرستان از 10 عامل و 107 گویه تشکیل شده است. این عوامل به ترتیب اولویت شامل عوامل آموزشی (26 گویه)، عوامل مدیریتی (12 گویه)، عوامل زیرساختی (9 گویه)، عوامل عدم شایسته سالاری (5 گویه)، عوامل قانونی (7 گویه)، عوامل اقتصادی (9 گویه)، عوامل دولتی بودن (5 گویه)، عوامل سیاسی (4 گویه)، عوامل فرهنگی (5 گویه) و عوامل رسانه ای (2 گویه) بود.Identifying entrepreneurial challenges with an athletic and recreational approach (Case Study: Lorestan Province)
The aim of this study was to identify the entrepreneurial challenges with sport and recreational approach in Lorestan Province, Iran. The present study is applied in terms of purpose and exploratory and mixed in terms of nature and method. In this research, two types of Delphi community were used to identify the challenges of sport entrepreneurship and the community to explore and categorize the final factors. In the Delphi group, 15 individuals were selected, using purposive snowball sampling and in the quantitative section based on Cochran sample size formula and simple cluster-random sampling method with proportional allocation, 328 individuals were selected as the sample of the study. After reviewing the literature related to the research and semi-structured interviews, the entrepreneurial challenges with sport and recreational approach were identified by the Delphi method in two rounds; finally, these challenges were categorized in the target population by distributing the questionnaire. The findings indicated that the challenges of sport entrepreneurship in Lorestan Province consisted of 10 factors and 107 items. These factors included educational factors (26 items), management factors (12 items), infrastructure factors (9 items), non-meritocratic factors (5 items), legal factors (7 items), economic factors (9 items), governmental factors (5 items), political factors (4 items), cultural factors (5 items), and media factors (2 items). The factors were listed in order of priority.
