چکیده
شهرداری در ایران یک نهاد اجرایی محلی است. وظیفه این سازمان، مدیریت شهر است که شامل پاکیزه نگهداشتن، حمل زباله های شهری، صدور مجوزهای ساخت و ساز، دریافت عوارض است. در شهرداری ها کمیسیون های مختلفی از جمله کمیسیون ماده صد و کمیسیون ماده 77 وجود دارد که تلاش می کنند تا قوانین شهرداری طبق آیین نامه ها پیش رود. این پژوهش با هدف بررسی منابع مالی و درآمد های پایدار در شهرداری ها صورت گرفته است. جامعه آماری تحقیق، مدیران و خبرگان شهرداری ها را شامل شده است؛ این پژوهش بصورت کیفی و کتابخانه ای صورت گرفت، از مقالات،پایان نامه ها و کتابهای مرتبط استفاده ی لازم شده است و همچنین در مورد درآمد ها و هزینه های شهرداری ها بررسی و تحقیق بعمل آمده استریال مطالب جمع آوری شده در این تحقیق می تواند مسیرهای مالی و درآمدی شهرداری ها را بیان نماید.Investigating financial resources and sustainable incomes in municipalities
