چکیده
اختلال دو قطبی به طور کلاسیک با دوره های افسردگی و مانیا یا هیپومانیا مشخص می شود. در دهه اخیر مفاهیم تازه ای از این اختلال دوباره مطرح شده و در مجموع طیف دو قطبی نامیده می شود. در دیدگاه های نوین، وجود دوره های مانیا برای تشخیص اختلال دو قطبی ضروری نیست و این بیماران اشکال مختلفی از نوسان غیر طبیعی خلق را نشان می دهند. یکی از مشکلات در تشخیص طیف اختلال های دو قطبی این است که بیماران بیشتر زمان بیماری را در وضعیت افسردگی سپری می کنند. از این رو تشخیص درست نیاز به گرفتن تاریخچه دقیق از بیمار دارد.هدف این پژوهش بررسی اهمیت و مسائل بالینی در اختلالات دو قطبی افراد بوده است؛ به منظور گردآوری داده های لازم برای نیل به اهداف پژوهش، از منابع موجود و مرتبط با موضوع پژوهش فیش برداری شد و اطلاعات حاصل با شیوه های کیفی مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. این مقاله، توصیف مختصر اهمیت و مسائل بالینی در اختلالات دو قطبی افراد ، را بصورت مفهومی در این زمینه را مرور کرده است. سپس مفهوم درمان و اختلالات روانی و دو قطبی، را به عنوان شاخه ای از دانش بشری را مورد بررسی عمیق قرار داده است و سپس عواملی نظیر اختلالات روانی و دو قطبی به عنوان تبیین های احتمالی نتایج مورد بحث قرار گرفته و در پایان محدودیت ها و پبشنهادات نیز ارائه شده اند.Significance and clinical issues in bipolar disorders of people
Bipolar disorder is classically characterized by episodes of depression and mania or hypomania. In the last decade, new concepts of this disorder have been proposed again and it is called bipolar spectrum. According to modern viewpoints, the presence of manic episodes is not necessary for the diagnosis of bipolar disorder and these patients show different forms of abnormal mood swings. One of the problems in diagnosing the spectrum of bipolar disorders is that patients most of the time they spend the disease in a state of depression. Therefore, the correct diagnosis needs to take an accurate history from the patient. The aim of this research was to investigate the importance and clinical issues in bipolar disorders of people. In order to collect the necessary data to achieve the goals of the research, the available sources related to the research topic were taken and the resulting information was analyzed with qualitative methods. This article has reviewed the brief description of the importance and clinical issues in bipolar disorders of people, conceptually in this field. Then the concept of treatment and disorders Psychiatry and bipolarity as a branch of human knowledge have been deeply investigated and then factors such as mental disorders and bipolarity have been discussed as possible explanations of the results and limitations and suggestions have also been presented at the end.
