چکیده
زمینه: جوش (آکنه) یا به دلیل افزایش تولید چربی توسط غدد چربی پوست است یا به علت کاهش تخلیه غدد چربی و در نتیجه تجمع چربی و فولیکول هاست. شایعترین بیماری پوستی جوانان را می توان آکنه یا جوش جوانان دانست که با ترشح هورمون های جنسی شروع می شود و وابسته به هورمون آندروژن یا هورمون مردانه است. هدف این پژوهش؛بررسی رابطه مراقبت از پوست برای جلوگیری از آکنه، جوش و آرامش وجودی در افراد، بود. روش تحقیق بصورت کمی و کتابخانه ای انجام شد و از مقالات، کتب و پایان نامه های مرتبط استفاده شده است. آکنه ولگاریس یک اختلال پوستی بسیار شایع است که تقریباً 10 درصد از کل بازدیدهای سالانه از مطب های پوست سرپایی در سراسر کشور را تشکیل می دهد. با گذشت زمان، توجه بیشتری به نقش عملکردهای سد اپیدرمی متعدد در اختلالات پوستی مختلف، به ویژه سد نفوذپذیری لایه شاخی و سد ضد میکروبی معطوف شده است. در نتیجه، به آسانی آشکار شده است که جهت گیری حرفه ای مراقبت از پوست در مدیریت کلی آکنه بسیار مهم است.The relationship of skin care to prevent acne, pimples and existential peace in people
Background: Pimple (acne) is either due to the increase in oil production by the skin's sebaceous glands or due to the decrease in the discharge of the sebaceous glands and as a result the accumulation of fat and follicles. The most common skin disease of young people can be considered acne or pimples of young people, which starts with the release of sex hormones and is dependent on androgen or male hormones. The purpose of this research was to investigate the relationship between skin care to prevent acne, pimples and existential peace in people. The research method was carried out in a quantitative and library manner and related articles, books and theses were used annually, it forms outpatient dermatology offices across the country. Over time, more attention has been paid to the role of multiple epidermal barrier functions in various skin disorders, especially the stratum corneum permeability barrier and the antimicrobial barrier. As a result, it is readily apparent that the direction of a skin care professional is very important in the overall management of acne.
