چکیده
با افزایش روز افزون رقابت، تکنولوژی نقش بسیار مهمی را برای کسب مزیت رقابتی ایفا می کند؛ هدف این پژوهش بررسی مفاهیم تکنولوژی و مدیریت تکنولوژی و نوآوری در سازمان بود. این تحقیق بصورت مطالعه ی کتابخانه ای، روش تحلیلی/ توصیفی صورت گرفت. در این مقاله محتوای مرتبط با موضوع خانواده در مقالات و کتابهای اسلامی به روش تحلیل محتوای کیفی و با رویکرد استقرایی، بررسی شد. نتایج حاصل از بررسی مقالات و متون علمی حاکی از این بود که در سال های اخیر تکنولوژی با سرعت زیادی توسعه پیدا کرده است و سازمان ها گرایش زیادی به کاربرد تکنولوژی های نوین یافته اند. با این حال چیزی که کمتر به آن توجه می شود مدیریت تکنولوژی می باشد.در این مقاله سعی داریم تا دو مقوله تکنولوژی و مدیریت تکنولوژی را جدای از هم تعریف کنیم و در ادامه گام ها و عناصر اصلی مدیریت تکنولوژی را بیان خواهیم کرد.نهایتا یک چارچوب فرایندی برای مدیریت تکنولوژی سازمان ها ارایه شده است.Examining the concepts of technology and technology management and innovation in the organization
With increasing competition, technology plays a very important role to gain competitive advantage; the purpose of this research was to examine the concepts of technology and technology management and innovation in the organization. This research was done as a library study, analytical/descriptive method. In this article, the content related to the issue of family in Islamic articles and books was analyzed using the method of qualitative content analysis and inductive approach. The results of the review scientific articles and texts indicated that in recent year's technology has developed at a high speed and organizations have a great tendency to use new technologies. However, what is less paid attention to is technology management. In this article, we are trying to define the two categories of technology and technology management separately, and in the following, we will express the main steps and elements of technology management. Finally. A process framework for technology management of organizations is presented.
