تاثیر چالش های زیست محیطی بر محیط امنیتیِ ایران و همسایگان غربی (2022-2010)

چکیده
بحران های زیست محیطی، به عنوان یکی از فاکتورهای اصلی در سیاست های کلان جهانی و یکی از مهم ترین چالش های جامعه انسانی روز به روز در حال افزایش و تسری هستند. سرزمین ایران نیز به واسطه خصوصیات اقلیمی و موقعیت جغرافیایی خود در رابطه با پیامد ها و اثرات بحران های زیست محیطی بسیار اثر گذار و اثر پذیر است و از نظر جغرافیایی بسیاری از مشکلات زیست محیطی در نزدیکی مرز های ایران با کشور های همسایه قرار گرفته اند. ایران از نظر زیست محیطی از کشورهای پر اهمیت و تاثیرگذار به شمار می رود و دارای چالش های بسیاری بر سر مسئله محیط زیست با کشورهای همسایه می باشد. مشکلات زیست محیطی ایران در پیوند و ارتباط مستقیم با کشور های همسایه می باشد. وسعت، جایگاه و موقعیت ویژه جغرافیایی، ژئوپلیتیکی، ژئواکونومیکی، ژئواستراتژیکی و ژئو کالچری از گذشته تاکنون سبب قرار گرفتن ایران به عنوان یکی از مناطق مهم و حیاتی در عرصه محیط زیست شده است که در محیط زیست منطقه و حتی جهان نیز تاثیر گذار است. این پژوهش با پذیرش مفروضه های روش تحلیل کمی و کیفی می خواهد ابعاد چالش های زیست محیطی را با تاکید بر همسایگان غربی جمهوری اسلامی ایران توضیح داده و تاثیر آن را بر محیط امنیتی جمهوری اسلامی ایران و همسایگان غربی (ترکیه و عراق) تبیین نماید. بر این اساس این پژوهش به دنبال پاسخ به این پرسش است که مهم ترین چالش های زیست محیطی تاثیر گذار بر محیط امنیتی جمهوری اسلامی ایران و همسایگان غربی (ترکیه و عراق) طی سال های 2010 تا 2022 کدامند؟ در پاسخ این فرضیه مطرح شده است که بحران آب، ریزگردها، تغییرات آب و هوایی و خشک شدن تالاب ها از مهم ترین چالش های زیست محیطی تاثیر گذار بر محیط امنیتی جمهوری اسلامی ایران و همسایگان طی سال های 2010 تا 2022 بوده اند. روش تایید فرضیه در این مقاله توضیحی-تبیینی می باشد.The Impact of Environmental Challenges on the Security Environment of Iran and its Western Neighbors (2010-2022)

The extent, position and special geographical, geopolitical, Geo-economic, Geo-strategic and Geo-cultural position has made Iran one of the most important and vital areas in the field of environment, which has an impact on the environment of the region and even the world.This research seeks to answer the question that what are the most important environmental challenges affecting the security environment of the Islamic Republic of Iran and its western neighbors (Turkey and Iraq) during the years 2010 to 2022? In response to this hypothesis, it has been proposed that the water crisis, micro dusts, climate changes and the drying of wetlands are among the most important environmental challenges affecting the security environment of the Islamic Republic of Iran and its neighbors during the years 2010 to 2022. The hypothesis verification method in this article is descriptive-explanatory.
