چکیده
این مقاله به تحلیل سیاست های توسعه رابطه با چین نوظهور می پردازد. بنابراین از فرایند تحلیل سیاستی به عنوان روش سیاست گذاری و واقع گرایی به عنوان نظریه سیاستی استفاده می شود.. فرایند انجام تحقیق با مسئله شناسی تحلیلی آغاز و با ارائه پیشنهاد سیاستی خاتمه می یابد. مسئله اصلی پژوهش ارائه سیاست های اجرایی حهت رابطه با چین نوظهور است. سوال اصلی پژوهش عبارت است از این که" سیاست های توسعه رابطه با چین مبتنی بر نظریه سیاستی واقعگرایی چگونه باید باشد ؟" هدف اصلی بر " تبیین سیاست های مبتنی بر ظرفیت سازی در محیط داخل و محیط منطقه ای برای رابطه با چین نوظهور" تاکید دارد. وضعیت فرهنگی اجتماعی ایران و چین و محیط بین الملل به عنوان وضعیت های موثر بر سیاست گذاری رابطه با چین نوظهور در این پژوهش تبیین گردیده است. روش تحقیق اسنادی است، محقق با مطالعه اکتشافی و بهره برداری از کتب و اسناد مرتبط به جمع آوری اطلاعات می پردازد.. نوآوری مهم تحقیق تاکید بر قابلیت های اجرایی بجای طرح مفاهم انتزاعی است. بنابراین پس از تحلیل داده ها،پیشنهادهای اجرایی ارائه می گردد. با انجام این پژوهش، خلاء در مبانی نظری پوشش و سیاست های اجرایی جهت توسعه رابطه با چین نوظهور ارائه می شودAnalysis of the policy of developing relations with new China based on realism theory
This article explains how to develop relations with New China .Therefore, the policy analysis process is used as a policy-transition method. And realism is used as a political theory. The process of conducting research begins with analytical problem-solving and ends with writing an executive policy. The main problem of the research is to write executive policies in relation to the new China. The main research question is: How should the policy of developing relations with China be based on the political theory of realism?" The main goal of the research: Describing how to make policies for the relationship with the new China, relying on the capability of Iran in the Asian region. The socio-cultural situation of Iran and China and the international environment have been explained in this research as effective variables on the policy making of the relationship with the new China. The documentary research method is used and the researcher collects information by exploratory study . The important innovation of the research is the emphasis on executive capabilities instead of projecting subjective concepts. By doing this research, the void of theoretical foundations will be solved and Executive policies are also written to develop relations with China.
