تحلیل فنی و بصری دیوار نگاره های گل و مرغ در خانه قوام و زینت الملک شیراز (مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

چکیده
نقش گل و مرغ یکی از رایج ترین تزئینات در دوره قاجار و پس از آن است. نقاشی های گل و مرغ به کاررفته در خانه های تاریخی شیراز از نمونه های ارزشمند نقاشی ایرانی به شمار می آید. هدف پژوهش بررسی نقوش گل و مرغ به کاررفته در دوخانه نارنجستان قوام و زینت الملک است. ازاین رو نقوش گل و مرغ بکار رفته در نارنجستان قوام و زینت الملک از منظر بصری و فنی چه ویژگی هایی دارد؟و عوامل مؤثر بر آنها چه بوده است؟ نتایج حاصل نشان می دهد، افتراق نقوش حاکی از کاربری متفاوت این دو بناست. نارنجستان قوام به عنوان دارالحکومه فارس، با نقوش پرکارتری از لحاظ نقش، رنگ، ترکیب بندی و ریتم در راستای اعتبار بخشیدن به قدرت خویش است و در خانه زینت الملک که محل زندگی خانواده قوام بوده، باظرافت نقوش در کنار تصویر زن و استفاده بیشتر از رنگ های گرم، فضای صمیمی حاکم است. نقوش، تحت تأثیر ایران باستان و اسلامی، هنر شرق به ویژه هند و هنر اروپایی، است. همچنین موقعیت جغرافیایی شیراز، شهرت به شهر گل وبلبل و کاخ شاهی در شکل گیری نقوش تأثیر گذاشته است. سایه پردازی، رعایت بعدنمایی، تنوع رنگ و طرح در تمامی فضاها دیده می شود. نقوش به شش دسته مرغ، گل و مرغ، دسته گل، گلدان، گل و اسلیمی، دسته گل و منظره قابل تقسیم است. این نقوش به وسیله رنگ روغن، اکسیدهای فلزی، معرق و چوب بر روی بستری از جنس چوب، سنگ، کاشی و آیینه کار شده اند.Technical and visual analysis of flower and chicken murals in Ghavam and Zinat Al-molk houses in Shiraz
The role of flowers and chickens is one of the most common decorations in the Qajar period and after. Flower and chicken paintings used in the historical houses of Shiraz are considered as valuable examples of Iranian painting. The aim of this research is to study the flower and chicken motifs used in Narenjestan Ghavam and Zinat al-molk. Therefore, what are the visual and technical features of the flower and chicken motifs used in Naranjestan from a visual and technical point of view? And what were the factors influencing them? The results show that the differentiation of the designs indicates the different use of these two buildings. Narenjestan Ghavam, as the capital of Persia, is more in line with its role in terms of role, color, composition and rhythm in order to validate its power. Intimate atmosphere prevails. The motifs are influenced by ancient Iran and Islamic, Eastern art, especially Indian and European art. Also, the geographical location of Shiraz, the fame of the city of Globalbal and the royal palace have influenced the formation of designs. Shading, dimensionality, color variation and design can be seen in all spaces. The designs can be divided into six categories: chicken, flower and chicken, bouquet, vase, flower and Islamic, bouquet and landscape. These motifs are painted with oil paint, metal oxides, mosaics and wood on a bed of wood, stone, tile and mirror.
