چکیده
یکپارچگی یک محدوده را احتمالاً می توان با فهم آن به عنوان یک کل به هم پیوسته مترادف دانست. به نظر می رسد که در واقع حفظ ساختارهای ملموس و غیرملموس این کل به هم پیوسته در نهایت یکپارچگی یک محدوده تاریخی را تضمین می کند. در بخش های قابل توجهی از چارچوب های حفاظت به طور ضمنی به یکپارچگی و اهمیت آن اشاره شده است. برای مثال منشور ونیز متذکر شده که محوطه های یادمان ها باید به طور خاص مراقبت شوند تا یکپارچگی آن ها حفظ شود. باوجود این، دست کم روال مشخصی برای ارزیابی و احصاء یکپارچگی در محدوده های شهری تاریخی در ایران تنظیم نشده است و مشخص نیست حدود یکپارچگی چه هستند. این در صورتی است که از جمله مهم ترین آسیب ها در شهرهای تاریخی ما تداوم نیافتن یکپارچگی به آن نحوی است که در وضعیت های تاریخی قابل شناسایی است. هدف اصلی این مطالعه یافتن اصلی ترین معیارهایی است که در ارزیابی یکپارچگی یک محدوده شهری نقش دارند. در این مقاله معیارهای اولیه برای ارزیابی یکپارچگی بر اساس چارچوب های حفاظتی موجود تدوین و سپس مدل اولیه بر روی پهنه شهری دربردارنده محله سلطان امیر احمد و محدوده های شهری پیرامون به اجرا درمی آید. مقصود آن است که یافته های اولیه بر روی یک وضعیت شهری واقعی و آسیب دیده اجرا شده و معیارهای مورد نظر به صورت دقیق تری تبیین شوند. در این پژوهش از روش توصیفی تحلیلی استفاده شده و متون تاریخی، اسناد کتابخانه ای، مطالعات میدانی و به ویژه بررسی تصاویر تاریخی مسیر دستیابی به اطلاعات بوده است. لذا تلاش شده است تا وضعیت اولیه و تقریباً یکپارچه محدوده شهری مورد نظر بر اساس وضعیت ضبط شده در عکس های هوایی سال 1335 و همچنین اطلاعات موجود از کاربری ها و کار و زندگی مردم در گذشته بازسازی شود. مدل اولیه برای ارزیابی یگپارچگی نیز عمدتاً بر اساس تحلیل متونی چون توصیه نامه نایروبی، منشور واشنگتن، بیانیه سن آنتونیو و اصول والتا تدوین شده است. یافته های مقاله نشان می دهند که تغییر و تحولات صورت گرفته چگونه بر الگوهای کلان، بافت، بناها و ویژگی های بصری، رابطه محدوده با محیط پیرامون، کارکردها، روح و هویت مکان، فنون سنتی و سنت های فرهنگی یک محدوده شهریِ تاریخی تأثیر گذشته اند؛ و چگونه یکپارچگی آن را تحت تأثیر قرار داده اند.Integrity Evaluation in Historic Urban Areas: The Study of Sultan Amir Ahmad Neighborhood and its Surroundings in Kashan
The integrity of an urban area is closely connected with its perception as a coherent whole. Maintaining the tangible and intangible structures of this coherent whole guarantees integrity in a historic area. The concept and significance of integrity are amply noted as key components in conservation frameworks. For example, the Venice Charter states that “The sites of monuments must be the object of special care in order to safeguard their integrity.” Even so, no specific procedure has been developed to evaluate and quantify integrity in historic urban areas in Iran. Lack of integrity is among the main damages in historic urban areas. Against this background, the present study aims to shed light on major criteria for integrity evaluation in historical urban areas. For this purpose, the primary criteria were developed based on conservation frameworks. The initial model was put to test in an urban quarter comprising the Sultan Amir Ahmad neighborhood and its surroundings. Accordingly, the preliminary findings were applied to a real but damaged historic urban area, and the relevant criteria were cleared. The descriptive-analytical approach was adopted in this research and historical texts, documents, field studies, and historical photos were utilized for data collection. Moreover, the primary and almost-integrated condition of the studied historical urban area was reconstructed based on aerial images of 1956 as well as information on past land uses and people's lives and occupations. The initial model for integrity evaluation was created through the analysis of manuscripts, e.g., the Nairobi Recommendation (1976), the Washington Charter (1987), the Declaration of San Antonio (1996), and the Valletta Principles (2011). The findings reveal how the changes and transformations have affected urban macro patterns, urban fabric, buildings and their formal appearance, the relationship between an area and its surroundings, functions, spirit of place, place identity, traditional techniques, and cultural traditions of historic cities, and ultimately, the integrity of a historic urban area.
