روزنامه «جنگل» و قانون مطبوعات، تحلیلی بر محتوا و مضامین روزنامه «جنگل» در سال های 1294- 1300 ش

چکیده
از روزنامه های مهم منتشر شده در گیلان، روزنامه «جنگل» بود که ضمن انعکاس اخبار نظامی و اعلامیه های نهضت جنگل، به نوعی سخنگوی آن به شمار می رفت. در این روزنامه مهمترین اخبار مربوط به نهضت جنگل، تلگراف ها و گزارش هایی از حوادث گیلان و نقاط مختلف جهان به چاپ می رسید. روزنامه «جنگل» در سال های 1294 تا 1300 ش به عنوان نشریه ای پیشرو در بیان آزادی های سیاسی و اجتماعی در فضای رسانه ای ایران مطرح شد. از این رو مطالعه آن علاوه بر شناخت اندیشه ها و آرای رهبران نهضت جنگل، تصویری روشن از اوضاع سیاسی و اجتماعی آن دوره از تاریخ ایران به دست می دهد. در این مطالعه تلاش خواهد شد تا ضمن بررسی محتوایی روزنامه «جنگل»، مهمترین مؤلفه ها و مضامین آن تبیین و تحلیل شود و به این پرسش پاسخ داده شود که «مهمترین مؤلفه ها و مضامین روزنامه «جنگل» چه بود و میزان تبعیت آن از قانون تازه تصویب شده مطبوعات (1326ق/18 بهمن 1286ش) به چه میزان بود؟ عدالت طلبی، وطن خواهی، بیگانه ستیزی، اعتراض به دستگاه حکومت وقت، تحریض به قیام علیه ظلم، دغدغه های ملی گرایانه و میهن پرستانه از جمله مؤلفه ها و مضامینی هستند که در روزنامه «جنگل» بازتاب پیدا کرده است. بررسی و تحلیل محتوای مطالب روزنامه «جنگل» نشان می دهد آنچه امکان بیان این مؤلفه ها و مضامین ضد دولت مرکزی را فراهم ساخته، فقدان ضمانت اجرایی برای قانون مطبوعات است."Jangal" newspaper and press law, an analysis of the content and themes of "Jangal" newspaper from1294 until 1300
One of the most important newspapers published in Guilan was the "Jangal" newspaper, which, while reflecting military news and announcements of the Jangal movement, was considered as its spokesperson. In this newspaper, the most important news related to the forest movement, telegrams and reports of incidents in Guilan and other parts of the world were published. In the years 1294 to 1300, "Jengal" newspaper emerged as a leading publication in the expression of political and social freedoms in the media space of Iran. Therefore, its study, in addition to understanding the thoughts and opinions of the leaders of the Jungle Movement, gives a clear picture of the political and social situation of that period of Iran's history. In this study, an attempt will be made to explain and analyze the most important components and themes of "Jangal" newspaper while examining its content, and to answer the question, "What were the most important components and themes of "Jangal" newspaper and the degree of compliance How much was it from the newly approved press law (1326 AH/18 Bahman 1286)? Seeking justice, patriotism, xenophobia, protest against the government of the time, incitement to revolt against oppression, nationalist and patriotic concerns are among the components and themes reflected in "Jangal" newspaper. Is. The review and analysis of the contents of "Jangal" newspaper shows that what made it possible to express these components and themes against the central government is the lack of executive guarantee for the press law.
