چکیده
واژه «تبعیض» همواره مورد توجه گروه هایی از مردم جامعه بوده است، احساس تبعیض کنندگان، به شکل های مختلف با تبعیض و نابرابری مبارزه کرده اند. مبحث تبعیض جنسیتی نیز از گذشته ها مورد توجه بوده و با رشد مکاتب فمینیستی در طول دهه های گذشته، شدت بیش تری یافته است. در چند سال گذشته، فردی با نام مستعار دکتر سُها با نوشتن کتاب «نقد قرآن» و انتشار آن در فضای حقیقی و مجازی، با ایجاد شبهاتی، چنین وانمود کرده است که انواع تبعیض ها از جمله تبعیض در مورد زنان، در قرآن روا دیده شده است. محور این نوشتار، پاسخ قرآنی به «شبهه تبعیض به زنان» می باشد که سها بر اساس آیه 32 سوره نساء به قرآن نسبت داده است. این مقاله که با روش تحلیل محتوا و با استفاده از مطالعات کتابخانه ای سامان یافته، ضمن پاسخگویی به این شبهه، به نتیجه رسیده است که شبهات ایجاد شده توسط سها ، اشکال مبنایی داشته و آیات قرآن با هر نوع تبعیض و ناعدالتی مبارزه کرده و برنامه ای عادلانه برای بشریت به ویژه در روابط اجتماعی و خانوادگی تبیین کرده است.Analysis and Criticize of Dr. Soha’s Theory on Doubt of Discrimination of Women in Understanding Verse 32 of Nisa Surah
the word "discrimination" has always been considered by groups of people in society, the feelings of discriminators have struggled with discrimination and inequality in various ways. The issue of gender discrimination has been a focus of concern in the past and has intensified with the growth of feminist schools over the past decades. In the past few years, a person nicknamed Dr. Soha, by writing the book "Critique of the Qur'an" and publishing it in real and virtual websites, has created suspicions that all kinds of discrimination, including discrimination against women, are allowed in the Qur'an. The focus of this article is the Qur'anic response to the "suspicion of discrimination against women" which Soha attributed to the Qur'an based on verse 32 of Nisa Surah. This article, which uses the method of content analysis and organized library studies, while responding to this suspicion, has concluded that the suspicions created by Soha , has fundamental forms and the verses of the Qur'an have fought against all forms of discrimination and injustice and explained just programs for humanity, especially in social and family relations.
