چکیده
هدف از تحقیق حاضر، بررسی موانع و شیوه های (راه حل های) توسعه ابعاد نظام حقوقی ورزش در ایران بود. روش تحقیق از نوع توصیفی بوده و جامعه آماری تحقیق، کلیه خبرگان حقوق ورزشی شامل مدیران سازمان های ورزشی اجرایی و دولتی، رؤسای کمیته انضباطی، کمیته استیناف، انجمن حقوق ورزشی، رؤسای دادگاه عمومی و تمام کسانی تشکیل می دادند که در زمینه پژوهش های حقوق ورزشی فعالیت داشتند. نمونه آماری با استفاده از روش گلوله برفی انتخاب شدند (72 نفر). ابزار جمع آوری اطلاعات پرسشنامه محقق ساخته بود که روایی و پایایی آن را 9 تن از استادان صاحب نظر در عرصه حقوق ورزشی تایید کردند. پرسشنامه شامل 23 گویه بود و از مقیاس 5 ارزشی لیکرت استفاده شد. در نهایت از شاخص های توصیفی و آزمون تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی برای تحلیل داده ها استفاده شد. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که با توجه به ضرایب رگرسیونی گزارش شده مهم ترین موانع به ترتیب: آموزشی، قانونی، منابع انسانی و همچنین مهم ترین راه حل های توسعه حقوق ورزشی به ترتیب: منابع انسانی، آموزشی، قانونی بودند. ضمناً، بعد موانع و شیوه مدیریتی تأثیری بر توسعه ابعاد حقوق ورزشی نداشت. با وجود تمامی اقدامات صورت گرفته، دانش حقوق ورزشی کشور از وضعیت مناسبی برخوردار نیست و تا رسیدن به وضع مطلوب و استاندارد فاصله زیادی وجود دارد. به طورکلی، تربیت نیروی انسانی مهم ترین عامل در توسعه حقوق ورزشی است که باید از طریق توسعه بعد آموزشی به نظام حقوقی ورزش کمک کند.Study of the Barriers and solutions development of sports law
The aim of this research, Study of the Barriers and solutions development of sports law. the research method was descriptive and The population of the experts on sports law consists heads of the disciplinary committee, sports law professors in universities, sports lawyers and All were those who were active in the researcher sports. The sample was selected using the snowball method (72 people). In order to collect data a researcher made questionnaire Which includes 23 options and 5-point Likert scale was used. Finally, descriptive indicators and Exploratory factor to analyze the data was used. The results showed that the main barriers to the development of sports law in Iran scientific-educational barriers, barriers-legal and Barriers to human resource. As well as the main approaches to the development of sports law in Iran Respectively to the strategies human resource, scientific-educational and legal rights were recognized. Also, the solutions and management structural Barriers dont play role in the development of sport law. Overall trained human resource the factor most important in the development of sports law Which should be through the development of scientific education To help sports legal system.
