چکیده
تمدن نوین اسلامی از مباحث نوظهور جهان اسلام است که موافقان آن برای زمینه سازی، تقویت و انسجام آن تلاش دارند در بسط نظرات، ارائه ی مدل های مدنظر، آسیب شناسی و تبیین های نظری به تمام ظرفیت های مادی و معنوی که در شکل گیری، نضج و مانائی یک تمدن مؤثرند؛ توجه نمایند. ازجمله عوامل معنوی شایان توجه در شکل گیری و بسط یک تمدن، زبان تمدن ساز است. زبانی که حائز شاخص ها و ویژگی هایی است که در قوام، انسجام و پایداری یک تمدن در مقابل غیرهای رقیب و مهاجم ایفای نقش خواهد کرد و با فقدان آن، زندگی انسان پیشرفته، هم سطح با حیوانات خواهد شد. با اتکاء به قابلیت ها و ویژگی های چنین زبانی می توان زمینه ی قوام و انسجام تمدن مسلط در آینده جهان اسلام را فراهم آورد. بدین منظور نوشتار حاضر در نظر دارد با روش توصیفی- تحلیلی به این سؤال پاسخ گوید که ویژگی های زبان تمدن ساز چه مواردی هستند؟ یافته های پژوهش حاضر حاکی از آن است که تکامل یافتگی و پاسخگویی در زمان، باز بودن و کاربردی بودن، عام و فراگیر بودن، خلاقیت و پویائی و دریافتی و پذیرا بودن ازجمله ویژگی های زبان تمدن ساز است. چنین زبانی قادر خواهد بود به نیازهای روز یک واحد بزرگ و مستقل اجتماعی پاسخ گوید و به عنوان ابزاری کارآمد در پاسداشت سرمایه های تمدنی و عرضه داشت آورده های جدید ایفای نقش نماید.Modern Islamic Civilization and the Characteristics of Civilizing Language
Modern Islamic civilization is one of the emerging issues of the Islamic world, that for developing and reinforcing the civilization, its supporters try to consider all the material and spiritual capacities that are effective in formation, improvement, and permanence of the civilization in expanding opinions, presenting considered models, identifying problems and theoretical understanding. One of the spiritual factors worthy of attention in the formation and expansion of a civilization is the civilization-building language which has some characteristics and attributes that will play a role in the consistency, cohesion and sustainability of a civilization against the competing and invading rivals, and with the absence of that, advanced human life will be leveled with animals. Relying on the capabilities and characteristics of such language can provide the ground for the consistency and cohesion of dominant civilization in the future of the Islamic world. The present paper intends to answer this question by descriptive-analytical method: What are the characteristics of civilization-building language? The findings of this study indicate that evolution and responsiveness in time, openness and applicability, generality and inclusiveness, creativity and dynamics and reception are among the characteristics of the civilization-building language, such language will be able to respond to the needs of a large and independent social unit and play an effective role in protecting civilizational capitals and presenting new ones.
