عوامل اثرگذار بر زیست بوم کارآفرینی روستایی در شهرستان کاشمر

چکیده
در مقاله حاضر به شناخت و بررسی متغیر های موثر بر بنیانهای کارآفرینی در دهستانهای شهرستان کاشمر پرداخته شده است. ماهیت این تحقیق کاربردی، روش اجرای آن توصیفی و تحلیلی و نوع آن، پیمایشی است. جهت تجزیه و تحلیل اطلاعات از نرم افزار SPSS و مدل فازی ممدانی استفاده گردیده است. بر اساس نتایج مندرج از آزمون تی تک نمونه ای، متغیر سرمایه فیزیکی و محیطی با مقدار میانگین به دست آمده 24/4 رتبه اول، متغیر وضعیت درآمد با مقدار میانگین به دست آمده 17/4 رتبه دوم، متغیر تشکیل شرکت-های جدید با مقدار میانگین 11/4 رتبه سوم، را به خود اختصاص داده اند. در ادامه نیز به بررسی و رتبه بندی دهستان های مورد مطالعه بر اساس متغیر های موثر بر بنیان های کارآفرینی با استفاده از مدل فازی ممدانی پرداخته شده است، که در این بخش پس از تعیین تابع عضویت و نرمال سازی داده ها و طیف اهمیت، به ترتیب دهستانهای بالا ولایت، پایین ولایت، برکوه، بررود و تکاب در رتبه های اول تا پنجم قرار گرفتند.Investigating the effective factors on the foundations of entrepreneurship in rural areas (Case study: rural areas of Kashmar city)
Therefore, the present article identifies and examines the variables affecting the foundations of entrepreneurship in rural areas of Kashmar city.The nature of this applied research is its descriptive and analytical method and its type is survey. The statistical population in this study was entrepreneurs in rural areas of Kashmar city,since the number of rural entrepreneurs in this city was limited; therefore, to increase the accuracy of the research, sampling method was done by census, based on the number of 100 people. Entrepreneurs were identified with rural activities. Also, SPSS software and Mamdani fuzzy model were used to analyze the data. Based on the results of the sample t-test, the physical and environmental capital variable with an average value of 4.24 in the first rank, the income status variable with an average value of 4.17 in the second rank, the variable of company formation new with an average value of 4.11 in the third place.It is also noteworthy that the prospective variables with an average value of 3.00, success-seeking variables with an average value of 3.03, have the lowest ranks. In the following, the studied villages are reviewed and ranked based on the variables affecting the foundations of entrepreneurship using Mamdani fuzzy model.Membership and normalization of data and the range of importance based on the order of effective variables of the studied entrepreneurship foundations and their status in each of the rural areas of Kashmar city, respectively, equal to the villages: , The lower part of the province, Berkuh, Barroud, Takab.
