چکیده
قاچاق مهاجرین در کشورهای مختلف از روند و جایگاه ویژه ای برخوردار بوده و بسیاری از سرمایه های دولت ها صرف پیشگیری و مبارزه با این پدیده می گردد. برخی کشورها مانند کشور انگلستان به واسطه این که در مرکز اروپا قرار دارند به طور خاص با این پدیده روبرو هستند. در همین راستا برای حمایت از مهاجرین در این کشور هم در شرایط عادی و هم در شرایط خاص حمایت های ویژه ای وجود دارد که حمایت های ویژه در این کشور به واسطه شرایط اقدام نظامی روسیه علیه اوکراین و همه گیری کرونا روند بسیار مهمی را در این کشور ایجاد نموده است. در این پژوهش از روش کتابخانه ای برای دسترسی به راه حل های موجود در این کشور پرداخته شده است.England's Protective Measures Against Migrant Smuggling in Special Circumstances with a Special Look at the Situation of Russia's Military Action Against Ukraine and during the Corona Epidemic
