چکیده
الگوی رشد و توسعه ی کالبدی شهر به عنوان الگوی فضایی فعالیت های انسان، در برهه ی خاصی از زمان تعریف می شود و به دو دسته ی گسترش افقی و الگوی شهرفشرده تقسیم می گردد. شناخت الگوی توسعه ی کالبدی شهر به منظور هدایت آن در راستای توسعه ی پایدار شهری امری اساسی است، به طوری که بحث اصلی در تلاش برای متوقف کردن استفاده نادرست از زمین، این است که آیا کاربری زمین یا سیاست های استفاده از زمین عامل اصلی رشد پراکنده شهرها هستند یا رشد جمعیت نیروی غالب است؟ از طرف دیگر در دهه های اخیر شهرها به شکلی بی برنامه رشد نموده و محدوده های شهری در مدت کوتاهی به چندین برابر وسعت اولیه ی خود رسیدند؛ این معضل به الگوی گسترش افقی شهری معروف گردیده و منشاً بسیاری از مشکلات در شهرهای کشورهای در حال توسعه شده است. از آنجایی که شهرسریش آباد نیز در طول سال های اخیر رشدی نامتوازن و پراکنده داشته است، محقق در این پژوهش با بهره گیری از مدل آنتروپی شانون به تحلیل چگونگی گسترش این شهر پرداخته است. روش پژوهش، تحلیلی- تطبیقی و به صورت مطالعه ی اسنادی بوده و جهت بررسی بیشتر موضوع به مشاهده ی مستقیم و غیرمستقیم پرداخته است. نتایج نشان می دهد شهرسریش آباد طی سال های 95-1390 به صورت پراکنده رشد نموده و دچار رشد بی قوارگی(اسپرال) شهر شده است، بر این اساس الگوی رشد فشرده(عمودی) به عنوان الگوی توسعه ی آتی شهر با در نظر گرفتن رشد سایر کاربری ها با کاربری مسکونی و ایجاد مجتمع های مسکونی در نواحی کم تراکم، پیشنهاد می گردد.Pattern of a Spread Physical - Spatial Town through Shannon Entropy Model (Case study: Serish Abad Town)
The Physical Growth and Development Pattern of the town as spatial pattern of activities in the particular period of time is defined and is addressed both as spread horizontally and compact town pattern of development. Understanding pattern of town physical development in order to steer it to sustained urban development is essential. Therefore, the main issue in the effort to stop the misuse of the land is Land Use or Land Use Policies of the major cities; hence, is sparse growth or population growth the dominant force? On the other hand, in the recent decades, urban growth plan was unscheduled, and urban areas in a short time came several times of its original size, this problem has been known as urban pattern of horizontal spread and the source of many problems in cities in developing countries has been this variable. In recent years the growth of Serish Abad town has been uneven and sporadic. The researchers in this study have used the Shannon entropy models to analyze how the development of this town has happened. With respect to the methodology, the analysis consisted of a comparative study of documents for review. The results show that during 2011-2016 Serish Abad town has grown and was developed in the scattered growing disproportion pattern (Sprawl); while, the intensive growth pattern (vertical) as a model for future development of town, with consideration of other uses with residential uses, a low-density residential complexes, is addressed and recommended.
