چکیده
دین مبین اسلام به موضوع امنیت به عنوان یک اصل مهم در زندگی انسان توجه نموده و سایر مسائل را منوط به امنیت کرده است و در این راستا مهم ترین موضوع شهر نشینی، مساله ی امنیت اجتماعی است.. در قرآن کریم و سنت معصومان ( ع ) امنیت جایگاه ویژه ای به خود اختصاص داده است. روش تحقیق در این پژوهش از نوع تحلیلی – توصیفی می باشد و اطلاعات گردآوری شده از طریق منابع کتابخانه ای و اسنادی بوده است. لیکن در این مقاله به بررسی مقوله ی شهر و امنیت اجتماعی از منظر آموزه های دینی ( قرآن و سنت ) توجه شده و بر این اساس شاخص های کلیدی امنیت اجتماعی و شهر امن از منظر قرآن و سنّت، اصول و عوامل تهدید کننده و راه کارهای امنیت اجتماعی، مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است.The Concept of City and Social Security from the Perspective of Religious Teachings
The holy religion of Islam regarded the issue of social security as a very important principle in man’s life and considered all other subjects depended upon security. Today, the most crucial issue in urbanism is social security. In Holy Quran and Imams’ Tradition, security is given a very special position. The methodology in this research is descriptive-analytical and the data are gathered through library and documentary sources. However, in this paper, the researchers investigated the concept of city and social security from religious teachings’ viewpoints (Quran and Tradition) and in this regard, the key indexes of social security and secure city from the viewpoints of Quran and Tradition, principles and threatening factors as well as social security solutions are studied.
