چکیده
منطقه 3 اردبیل از مناطق مهم مهاجرت پذیر شهر اردبیل می باشد. بر اساس نظر کارشناسان شهری، مهاجرت یکی از عوامل اصلی و مهم در تغییر و تحولات کیفیت زندگی شهر به شمار می رود. این مقاله وضعیت و سطح کیفیت زندگی شهروندان منطقه 3 اردبیل را بر اساس شاخص های تاثیر گذار مورد بررسی قرار داده است. هدف مطالعه حاضر، سنجش شاخص های کیفیت زندگی شهری بویژه در زیر شاخص های اجتماعی در محلات 10 گانه منطقه 3 شهر اردبیل می باشد. روش شناسی این تحقیق از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نظر شیوه انجام از نوع توصیفی- تحلیلی است. داده های مورد نیاز با استفاده از پیمایش (پرسشنامه) از اهالی جمع آوری شده است. بر همین اساس جامعه آماری تحقیق حاضر را ساکنان منطقه 3 اردبیل تشکیل می دهند که از بین آن ها با استفاده از فرمول کوکران 395 نفر به عنوان جامعه نمونه تحقیق انتخاب شده و متناسب با جمعیت محلات این منطقه، پرسشنامه ها به صورت تصادفی طبقه بندی شده توزیع و تکمیل گردیده است. میزان پایایی پرسشنامه نیز از طریق آزمون آلفای کرونباخ سنجیده شده که نشان از سطح بالای اطمینان ابزار تحقیق می باشد. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده های جمع آوری شده با استفاده از نرم افزار spss از آزمون های T تک نمونه ای، همبستگی پیرسون استفاده شده و منجر به این نتیجه شده؛ کیفیت زندگی شهری منطقه 3 اردبیل از نظر ابعاد کالبدی و اجتماعی در سطح مطلوبی قرار ندارد و با توجه به وضعیت موجود نیاز به توجه و اهتمام بیش تری از طرف مسئولین شهری در خصوص ارتقاء شاخص های مذکور این منطقه دارد.investigation of the status of the social and physical indices of the quality of urban life in district 3 ardabil
ardabil region is one of the important areas of ardabil province. according to urban experts, migration is one of the main factors in changes and changes in the quality of life in the city. this paper examines the status and quality of life quality of citizens of ardabil district on the basis of influential factors. the purpose of this study is to measure urban life quality indices especially among social indicators in the sub- neighborhoods of ardabil city. the methodology of this research is practical and in terms of its method is descriptive- analytical. the required data were collected using survey questionnaire (questionnaire). accordingly, the population of the present study is the inhabitants of ardabil region of ardabil, among which cochran formula was selected as the sample society and according to the population of districts of this region, the questionnaires were randomly distributed and completed. the reliability of the questionnaire was measured by cronbach's alpha test which indicates high level of reliability of the research tool. in order to analyze the data collected by using spss software , one sample t - test, pearson correlation was used results: the quality of urban life in ardabil region in terms of physical and social dimensions is not desirable. according to the current situation, there is a need for more attention and effort by urban authorities to improve these indices.
