چکیده
مقوله صلح را باید یکی از مقولات مهم در حیطه حقوق بین الملل و حتی حقوق داخلی کشورها دانست که در اسناد آموزش حقوق بشری جایگاه خاصی دارد و تحقق مصادیق آموزش حقوق بشری و شناسایی و عینیت یافتن آنها به معنای پیش شرط های تحقق صلح است. حمایت از آموزش حقوق بشری یکی از ملزومات جهان امروز می باشد که در این بین، حق بر صلح از اهمیت خاصی برخوردار بوده و از سوی بسیاری از مجامع بین المللی و حتی ملی دارای جایگاه خاصی می باشد. با توجه به نیاز روزافزون امروز بشر به زندگی در صلح و آرامش و اساس این حق برای برخورداری از سایر حقوق چون: توسعه پایدار؛ کمک های بشر دوستانه و غیره، بررسی و بحث در رابطه با مقوله صلح و وظایف دولت در قبال آن از ضروریات به شمار آمده که در این نوشتار به آن خواهیم پرداخت. پژوهش حاضر به روش توصیفی و تحلیلی و با تکیه بر داده های منابع کتابخانه ای انجام شده است. یافته های پژوهش حاکی از این است که ضرورت صلح در سطوح ملی و بین المللی در حفظ حقوف و کرامت بشری است. این تلاش ها در نقاشی های دوران انقلاب مشروطه نیز قابل مشاهده است. اهداف پژوهش: 1.بررسی وظایف دولت در راستای تضمین حق بر صلح و رعایت حقوق شهروندان. 2.بررسی صلح و حقوق بشر در نقاشی های دوران انقلاب مشروطه. سؤالات پژوهش: 1.دولت های چه نقشی می توانند در ایجاد صلح و حفظ کرامت انسانی دارند؟ 2.در نقاشی های دوران مشروطه چه مقوله هایی از حقوق بشر وجود دارد؟The role of peace in establishing and strengthening human dignity and identity and its reflection in the paintings of the Constitutional Revolution
The formation of systematic theories in the field of human rights can be attributed to before the 17th century AD, which has developed over the years. In this regard, Locke, as the founder of the new theory of human rights, emphasized that the human race has certain rights and governments are not allowed to violate them. Protection of human rights is one of the requirements of the world today, among which The right to peace is of particular importance and has a special place in many international and even national forums. Given the growing need of human beings today to live in peace and tranquility and the basis of this right to enjoy other rights such as: sustainable development; Humanitarian aid, etc., reviewing and discussing the issue of peace and the government's responsibilities towards it are among the necessities that we will address in this article. Therefore, the purpose of this article can be considered as examining the duties of the government in order to guarantee the right to peace and respect for the rights of citizens in this regard, which will be discussed.
