چکیده
عندما تتوحد الأصول الاعتقادیة بین المسلمین جمیعهم یتاح للعلماء المجتهدین منهم، الاجتهاد فی استنباط الأحکام الشرعیة استنادا إلى هذه الأصول، ممّا أدى إلى ظهور المذاهب الفقهیة وتعدد وجهات النظر. وإن کان هذا الاجتهاد یفضی إلى اختلاف فی وجهات النظر، فی أمور لیست من الأصول الاعتقادیة، فإنّه ینبغی ألا یؤثّر هذا الاختلاف على وحدة الأمة الإسلامیة، فهذه الوحدة یجب أن تبقى مصانة من تأثیر أی عامل قد یؤدی إلى الخصومة والتفرق. فالشریعة الإسلامیة إذ تبیح التعدّد، فإنما تریده أن یکون اجتهادا یحقق مصلحة المسلمین العلیا فی إطار الوحدة، الأمر الذی یمکّنهم إن تحقق من مواجهة مختلف التحدیات فی کل زمان ومکان. وبعد، فهذه وجیزة فی المسألة الفقهیة البارزة التی کانت مثارا للجدال والنقاش بین فقهاء السنة والشیعة، لأزمان مدیدة حتى یومنا هذا. وکانت تمثل موضع خلاف لا یُرجی له نهایة، وهی مسألة السجود علی الارض. مع أننا إذا نظرنا إلى هذه المسألة بتجرد وموضوعیة لوجدناها تستند إلى دلائل لا غبارعلیها، مستنبطة من مصادر التشریع المعتمدة، لا سیما من کتب أهل السنة أنفسهم، لکنّ الفجوة القائمة وانغلاق باب الحوار والعزلة الفکریة التی سادت بین الطرفین ردحا طویلا من الزمن أدت إلى طمس معالم هذه الدلائل وجعلتها خافیة عن الأذهان. و نحن سنتناول هذه الآراء، و نحاول دراستها، وفق ا لمنهج البحث العلمی الموضوعی، مستهدین بآیات الق رآن الکریم و بما ثبت من السنة النبویة الشریفة و سیرة اهل البیت (ع). ورائدنا فی هذا السبیل قوله سبحانه: «وَاعْتَصمُوا بِحَبْلِ اللّه جَمِیعاً وَلا تَفَرَّقُوا وَاذْکُرُوا نِعْمَتَ اللّهِ عَلَیْکُمْ إِذْکُنْتُمْ أَعداءً فَألّفَ بین قُلُوبِکُمْ فَأَصْبَحْتُمْ بِنِعْمَتهِ إِخْواناً ...» (آل عمران: 103).Controversy Amany Shiite and Sunnite about Condition of Place of Worship
When belief priniplees among all muslems became identi cal, this opportunity has bee provided for clergyman scientist to infere legal command ments to rely it, that it lead to emergence of prudence religion and diversity of opinions. Although this practice religious leads to dispute about opinions, but they are not related to beliefe principles. thus it isn ' t worthy that these disputes dont affect on Islamis nation union. Thus it is necessary that this unity was protected from any factor that leads to disunion and enmity among moslems. Thus Islamic religion when release diversity, also it want that practice religions was implemented to excellence advisable of moslems in the framework of unity And, after that, This is summary about religious obvious problem that were subject of disputed and debate among Shiite and Sunnite Since past and this is dispute that there isn’t any hope for terminating it, is bowing on soil. However, as we look at it impartially and find that this problem is grouned in Cases that any dust don’t cover it, Cases that have been infered from trust full sources particularly book of Sunnite moslems, but existent gap and closing dialogue doors and thought retirement that exist among them leads to destructing effects of these Causes.We will pay attention to this oppinions and try to consider these dependent on method by Quran verse and what supported with Scientific and subject prophetic tradition and blessed tradition (peace to be up on him). And our guide in this way is God speech: And all crip to God rap and don’t disperse and recall God far our aloout yourself when you are enemy with each other then he placed friend ship among your hearts thus become brother by his favour (AlEmran: 103).
